| My department went on a Thursday afternoon and really had a great day! It was a very relaxing trip and a nice break from the office. The waterfalls are much nicer at night when they are lit up but nonetheless the day was very enjoyable! There was a very diverse mix of people... kids from 4 years old to people in their 60's and everything in between. There were tourists as well as locals. I overheard tourists say it was a wonderful way to see the city. I found it a nice way to spend time with my co-workers outside the office but without doing the traditional luncheon or bar-scene. We all had a fantastic day! I would definitely recommend it! |

| We had a great time on the Waterfalls tour! The boat itself was comfortable and beautiful. The captain was knowledgeable and provided great commentary about the sites we were passing. Crew was warm, and took good care of us. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing afternoon, and a great value! Thanks for a terrific trip! |

| The boat had pleasant surroundings inside. The temperature inside was kept at a comfortable setting, The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. The champagne was readily available .It was truly a "New York Experience" thanks... It was a gift for my sister's 35th wedding anniversary. We all had a great afternoon. |

| This was a wonderful experience. I took ny nine year old grandaughter and she was thrilled with the sights. The tour was comfortable and well thought out. |

| the "guide" was terrible - you see the waterfalls, but don't get very close = the champagne was poor quality - just take a water taxi or walk over the brooklyn bridge for a cheaper and better waterfall experience |

| Pleasant trip because of the great weather conditions for the day. Waterfalls were not all they were written up to be. Staff on boat were not attentive in any way. They just did their jobs without any concern for the overall enjoyment of the tourist on board. |
