| Took the tour to see the WATERFALLS and was very pleased. Would have appreciated more identification of buildings and areas we were passing either by the crew ---- or better still a map or chart with specific names of buildings, etc. (The book Manhattan is much too general). |

| This champagne cruise was a ton of fun! While the waterfalls are completely overrated (with the exception of the one under the Brooklyn Bridge), the actual 1.5 hour cruise around the south end of Manhattan Island was a blast. Lots of great photo opportunities of the million dollar view of downtown Manhattan, Liberty Island, Governor's island, and all the major downtown bridges. While this cruise isn't the cheapest out there, it is definitely worth the money not to be crammed in like cattle like on other similar cruise offerings. The yacht holds a maximum of 60 people so there is plenty of personal space. You also get to choose between sitting in the air conditioned cabin with large windows for picture taking or going out on the deck. The boat is extremely stable and isn't prone to to much bouncing around for those who get queasy stomachs. Throw in the free drinks and champagne, excellent and friendly staff, and a knowledgeable captain and you have an excellent and fun experience. I would do it again! |

| We arrived early and waited in line, then were told as we boarded that we must sit in the cabin for safety information. We did, and then the crew allowed latecomers to sit outside - in the good seats - and miss the safety talk. The cruise served alcohol, yet allowed small children to attend, and the crew allowed the children to run wild and unsupervised in an unsafe manner. And to top it all off, we couldn't hear the narration about the Waterfalls exhibit. It should have been a lovely event, but wasn't as good as it could have been. |

| Boat staff were terrrifc, warm and friendly and always helpful. More information abuot the non-waterfall sights might have added. The waterfalls themselves are not so interesting. |

| My department went on a Thursday afternoon and really had a great day! It was a very relaxing trip and a nice break from the office. The waterfalls are much nicer at night when they are lit up but nonetheless the day was very enjoyable! There was a very diverse mix of people... kids from 4 years old to people in their 60's and everything in between. There were tourists as well as locals. I overheard tourists say it was a wonderful way to see the city. I found it a nice way to spend time with my co-workers outside the office but without doing the traditional luncheon or bar-scene. We all had a fantastic day! I would definitely recommend it! |

| The cruise was lovely - having perfect weather helped. The crew were great, although it was difficult to hear the narrator unless you were right next to the center of the boat. The waterfalls are interesting, if for nothing other than an engineering feat, but kind of small and in general, unimpressive. Also, on our cruise, the falls on Governor's Island were not working. Having the complimentary beverages is a nice touch. Overall a successful event for our group. We did this as a company-sponsored activity for our 10-person group. |

| A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Crew were warm, friendly, highly professional and well-informed. The 90-minute length of the ride is just perfect. Wish we could have gone a bit closer to the falls but it was a VERY windy day, so perhaps that was the reason.
The arrival time (20-30 minutes before) is a bit too far ahead as the boarding gate does not open until 5 minutes before the departure time and the waiting area is hot and crowded.
Once on the water, however, heaven in your hat! |
