Wine & Cheese Pairing Classes on Yacht Manhattan

Very knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend this Saturday outing. It was a beautiful warm summer day in NYC and the views were magnificent. The wine/cheese pairings were out of this world.

Outstanding experience, from beginning to end. Crew was efficient, courteous and very helpful. Wine expert was informative and friendly. The pairings were exceptional and perfectly timed to provide continuous activity throughout the cruise. I would recommend this cruise to everyone, and intend on taking guests who will be visiting with me over the summer.

the wine stewards (or sommeliers) were good at engaging the crowd and the boat tour around lower Manhattan was a fun, diiferent thing to do on a mon night visit to the city

The tour was relaxing, the boat was enclosed with the option to go outside. They moved the tastings along in a manner to keep the flow of the event but not too long of a wait or rushing the guests. Staff was polite and helpful and the wine tasting guide was helpful and knowledgeable. We went for a bachelorette party and it was a great boat ride spent with friends and tasting new wines!

I bought this as a gift for my husband's 30th. We had a blast. Hearing about the wines was interesting, and the woman who hosted the wine cruise was knowledgeable, interesting, she even made her own cheese for us to pair with the wine but she was also down to earth and approachable, stopping by the tables to chat. We sat at a table for 8, 4 couples. Another couple our age and two couples in their 50s. Everyone was really nice right away, but by the second tasting we were all having a great time. Its a great gift for anyone.

When planning my sister's bachelorette party, she had asked me to include wine tasting. Since it wasn't her first time wine tasting, I thought how can I make this special? I searched online for "wine tasting NYC" and this was one of the first results I clicked. It was super easy to make the reservation and although I didn't know what to expect, I had a feeling it was going to be great. We boarded the boat at 2pm. It was clean and our table was ready for us. We got to taste 5 different wines plus a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to kick off the event. The cheeses we were given were delicious. The staff was exceptional, always willing to snap a photo when asked. The ride was smooth and some of the people I was with that tend to get sea sick felt great the whole trip. It was an event I will never forget and would definitely do again. The ride is 2 hours and 45 minutes long. It never felt too short or too long, it was the perfect amount of time. I recommend anyone that enjoys wine tasting to take part. Truly a fun and interesting experience.

This was a great evening! The boat is absolutely gorgeous and the journey is lovely- you sail right past the Statue of Liberty at night - spectacular! The wine and cheese pairings were perfect, and not the predictable ones you usually get on tastings. There was a wide variety of tastes covered and we sampled 6 wines. Wendy definitely knows both her wine and her cheeses and was a wealth of knowledge to the group. Everyone had a great time! I cannot recommend this cruise enough! Go!

Perfect length of time to ride along the NYC harbor and see the city. The cheese/wine was delicious. The only thing was that the boat's AC was not very strong, and we went on a really hot day...I'd recommend standing outside on the deck as much as possible to get some breeze~!

We enjoyed the wine and cheese selection. The information provided about the wines and where to get them was great and most of them were affordable.
