I would do this again. I saw the city from a different perspective. It's quiet on the water, so if you're spending a lot of time in the city and need a break from all of the action, this is a good choice. Very relaxing. The crew was as friendly as advertised. The two hours went by quickly.

Bravo. Once in a lifetime experience

I spent the weekend in NY with a friend and we booked many activities from theater, museums, shows and this sailing trip. With no doubt, the sailing trip was by far the best value for the money. Wonderful view of the NY landscape, very friendly crew members in a beautiful sailing boat. We definetely recommend this activity!

two of us took a third friend on this sailboat for her birthday, and she had a wonderful time. we all really liked our captain, though i'm blanking on his name at the moment and the weather was lovely. a couple of glasses of wine/champagne each...talked with several of our fellow travelers....very fine way to pass two hours. if you're thinking about doing it...go for it!

Friends and I had a good time celebrating a birthday on the sunset cruise. The staff is attentive and polite, and the skipper is a lot of fun.

We went on a sunset cruise to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was perfect in every way. The boat is beautiful, the experience well orchestrated by the company, and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Our captain, Julian, was a great host and skipper. I can't wait to do it again.

We had an amazing sunset sail around NYC with Captain Adrian and his crew. They took great care of us, were extremely friendly and clearly knew what they were doing out there, which made us all feel completely at ease and relaxed. I've already recommended the sunset sail to a number of friends and co-workers, and will continue to do so. I'm looking forward to my next out-of-town guests, so I can have a good excuse to hop back on board. Thanks again! -Rebecca

The schooner trip more than met our expectations. The crew was excellent, expecially the Captain who explained the procedures carefully and answered questions enthusiastically. The ship itself was lovely and the peaceful trip down the Hudson and around New York harbor in an open sailing vessel was so much better than sitting inside one of those crowded Circle Line ferry boats. We had exceptionally fine weather which enhanced our experience. I would certainly recommend this trip and hope I will repeat it some day.

The captain was really informative.and fun. A friend spent time asking questions and he was great. The food was good and it was a beautiful day to tour Manhattan from the boat.

I live in NYC and was worried that this would seem too touristy when a friend asked me if I wanted to go on the tour. It was excellent - I cannot recommend it enough. I'd recommend it for locals as well as tourists who are looking for a good experience outside of the typical tourist type activities.

This was my first visit to NYC and the sunset cruise was the best part of the trip. Highly recommend!! Beautiful views and the boat is amazing. Families, groups of friends, couples and singles would enjoy this tour. Unless the weather is above 80, I would bring a jacket because it was chilly on the water. Enjoy!
