Classic Harbor Line

I took my little cousin who is visiting New York on the evening sail with me. We both had a fantastic time, and loved the staff. They took great care of us! This was my second time sailing with your company and I will continue to recommend this to all my friends and family that visit.

My wife and I weren't sure what to expect. The entire experience was great. The boat was well maintained. It was not overcrowded. And most of all, the crew was very professional and friendly. There was no question they wouldn't answer with a friendly smile. We felt very comfortable, safe and at home.

we booked a group trip for 10 people as an office outing. had a brilliant time aboard the adirondack, the crew were funny and laid back and above all professional and made for a really enjoyable sail around the NY waters. you can;t beat seeing NY city from the water, a great little trip all round!

this is without a doubt, the most fun evening i've spent in new york in a long while. from the first few whiffs of the hudson river at the pier, to watching the sails unfold, it surpassed all expectations. the crew was confident and capable, fun and witty. cocktails were a treat. but truly just getting that close to the statue of liberty was enough. its especially great on a hot summer night. the breeze was spectacular. thank you. only suggestion....it felt a bit crowded on the wed night 6.30 sail that we were on.

My husband and I received a gift certificate for a sunset sail. We thought it was a nice gift at the time, however I did not realize how much fun it would be until we took the sail. The sailing ship was comfortable, the crew was great, and the views spectacular. The other passengers were all friendly and it made for a lovely evening. I would highly recommend this not only to visitors, but locals as well.

I went with my girlfriend and her Mom and it was a great experience for all of us, we really enjoyed it. The crew was amazing. The captain was funny and the 2 other people on the boat were very nice as well. Drinks were included and they offered it right away + they came back in every few minutes to see if we need anything else. The city looked great of course and it was full moon. They did not play music and I think it was a good idea. I recommend this for all my friends that are coming to NY, definitely worth it, especially for couples. The crew is really great, they really seem to enjoy what they do! DON'T THINK ABOUT IT, IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

In a city where there is so much to do and a lot of these things quite expensive I really felt this was value for money. We happended to stumble across it on the internet along with other companys who did boat outings but this seemed like something slightly different to what the others provided considering it was for a total of two hours, at night and that drinks were provided. It was definitly aimed at couples but anyone could really go, although it was nearly all couples on dates on the trip we went on. We paid $102 for both of us including tax and service charge for 2hour trip with complimentary champagne/beer etc. Although its clear its not a free for all with the alcohol they definitly didnt mind us having 3glasses each, same with most people on board. The staff were cheerful and helpful which made the experience even nicer. I would not fail in not only recommending someone to take this trip but practically force them to go. Between value for money/ambience and a different way to experience this city the tour couldnt have failed in any way. Definitely a winner! :-)

We had a wonderful time. The views were breathtaking - seeing the Statue of Liberty that close up was extraordinary. The calm tranquility of the sailboat ride was like none other HOWEVER the whole experience was disrupted by one of the attendant's non-stop chatter about his life history as an actor, growing up in Ohio, where he went to school, etc., etc. We wanted to hear the waves lap up against the boat but instead had to hear everything about this young man's trials and tribulations. The captain was entertaining and very professional. The other attendant was very attentive and quiet which was much appreciated. If the young man (Yuri) would have simply stuck to the history of NYC rather than himself and limited that talk to a minimum, the ride would have received a glowing 5 stars.

I loved this and would recommend it to anyone visiting or living here who hasn't done it yet. The captain/tour guide gave good insight and the ride was a beatiful way to see Manhattan at sunset. I thought the price was good too.

The actual ride and scenery were absolutely fantastic. The crew was great and the different sakes we "tasted" were perfect. But if you've been on a semi-private or small-group excursion around the harbor, this one is not too different. What enticed me about this particular activity was the Morimoto name attached to it and that component is unfortunately exactly the one that let me down! The rolls could have been from the local deli around the corner and I would have enjoyed just the same (in this case, not very enjoyable.) And that is why I'm not too enthusiastic in recommending this activity.

We had a gorgeous evening for a sail. Our friendly Captain was named Julian. The staff was wonderful. They did double duty as crew to the sail boat and as servers for drinks and sushi. The assortment of sushi and maki rolls came out in two plates. The fish was fresh. This sail is definitely for those that enjoy sushi. The views of Manhattan, Ellis Island, and Statue of Liberty were great against the sunset. I highly recommend the Morimoto Sushi & Sake Sail to those that enjoy all of those things - Sushi, Sake, and Sailing.

The sailing was great, the crew was really nice and the Sake was good but the food was really average and I'm surprised Morimoto put his name to it.

The Full Moon sail was beyond my expectations. My friends and I had the most amazing night sailing around New York's Harbor. The captain and crew were extremely nice and full of information. I would, without hesitation, sail again!

It was beautiful night for sailing. The moonlight sail and night views of the Skyline and Statue of Liberty was phenomenal. Would highly recommend this sail
