Classic Harbor Line

I spent the weekend in NY with a friend and we booked many activities from theater, museums, shows and this sailing trip. With no doubt, the sailing trip was by far the best value for the money. Wonderful view of the NY landscape, very friendly crew members in a beautiful sailing boat. We definetely recommend this activity!

My parents were in for the weekend, and we wanted to find something my boyfriend and I would enjoy that wasn't super touristy. This was perfect! They got to see Manhattan from the water, and we all had a relaxing evening with lots of wine and cheese. Also I learned a ton about the wine, thanks Wendy!

We took the 2 hour sail out past the Statue of Liberty and had a great time. Kate, Val and Mike (our crew) were great and took really good care of us. We had a beautiful, warm day and a nice wind (once we got out of the lee of the buildings) so we got some real sailing in. Other people's boats are just the best way to enjoy the water; and sailing on the Adirondack was no exception. If you can find the time while you are in NYC, by all means take this trip. We had a great time.

The captain and his crew were great! Very personable, helpful and knew New York and answered any and all questions we had. They gave us blankets when we were cold and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I would recommend it to any and everyone, and if my wife and I are ever back in New York, we will definitely do it again!

We got married on a Manhattan harbor cruise and this was the perfect re-creation. We will do every year from here on out.

We already did this tour twice, but everytime it was an awesome sailing trip towards Miss Liberty waiting for us in the sunset.

The crew was fantastic! They conversed with everyone, the skipper told some pretty good jokes & made everyone feel welcome.

two of us took a third friend on this sailboat for her birthday, and she had a wonderful time. we all really liked our captain, though i'm blanking on his name at the moment and the weather was lovely. a couple of glasses of wine/champagne each...talked with several of our fellow travelers....very fine way to pass two hours. if you're thinking about doing it...go for it!

We had a wonderful time sailing with the captain and crew on our first day in NYC. Good way to take in the skyline and see Ellis Is and the Statue of Liberty from the comfort of a comfortable and uncrowded sailing ship

I decided to take my wife out for a romantic evening around NY Harbor. After doing some research I choose this boat. My main reasons for doing so were because it was a smaller more intimate boat and they allowed me to bring food on board. I packed a picnic basket (nothing too difficult...some sandwiches, chips, fruit, brie, and some cupcakes from my wife's favorite bakery) and surprised her at work early that evening. Once on board we enjoyed our complimentary glass of champagne so much we bought a bottle to drink throughout the trip. It was pretty good and well-priced at $20. We got lucky as our boat only had 10 people on board (late charter was canceled that opened it up that Wednesday evening). The crew was outstanding and couldn't have been nicer. The NY skyline lit up at night is something to see. We sailed right by the Statue of Liberty as well. It is so peaceful and serene out on the water and with NYC in the backdrop it is something all couples should do.

My parent's (from Ohio) and uncle and cousin (from Arkansas) were in town visiting. I can't describe how much fun they had on the sunset cruise. Captain Kat and her staff were simply INCREDIBLE- friendly, knowledgeable, smart, helpful, and fun. The length was perfect, the beverage service was perfect, the sights and sounds and everything was just... well... perfect. My family could not stop talking about it once we were back on land. THANK YOU for such a great night - the best I've had since I've been in the city!
