This was a great ride with such service! More than we expected.

Very pleasant trip around Manhattan with a knowledgeable and approachable guide. We lucked out with the weather - you really want to be on the deck for most of the tour. If it were raining, we'd probably be less pleased. Food was excellent and plentiful, too.

My wife has always wanted to go on a sailboat of this type and this one was affordable and scenic. There was no "tour guide" aspect of it, but the crew was very professional and would answer any questions or just engage with you in conversation. It was a bit chilly (which is to be expected), but we had a great time. Definitely would recommend this to others.

Very comfortable accommodations and the food was delicious! Only complaint was that we were seating in the back and the speakers were not very good. Had a hard time hearing the guide .

We were seated at a table with too many people and a baby, not enough chairs. The brunch was less than memorable and you actually served croissants and bagels without butter available. One toaster and one waffle iron for all aboard..crazy. Just as important you are serving food on plates and in glass cups etc. and because it was a very rough water day and the table surface is lacquered they slid all over on everyone's table in many cases spilling. We were so busy trying to hold things in place that we couldn't take the time to look around. The speakers were not loud enough to hear what the staff was saying. We were very disappointed to say the least.

Me and my boyfriend greatly enjoyed this activity. We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and this was perfect for the occasion. Great staff on board and great atmosphere

We had a great time. It's a beautiful cruise. Everything about the cruise was well done. The boat was in great shape, clean, pretty. The crew was attentive and friendly. Great views of the harbor area, the skylines on both sides of the Hudson, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, etc. Very relaxing. It was fun to watch the other groups on the boat, too -- many younger than us. This trip exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had an amazing evening on the America 2.0. After the all-day rain managed to miraculously clear up, we boarded the boat with our families (three kids in Manhattan and two sets of parents) and had a blast. Viewing Manhattan from the water at sunset and at dark is a thrill whether you've lived here 10 years or been here one time. The crew was friendly, helpful, chatty, and our glasses remained full, too. (Though it's a classy experience, not a tacky booze cruise.) We loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The crew were very friendly and polite and I will definitely be doing this again. The views were amazing.

The guide was incredible! We have recommened this cruise to our friends and may well take it again ourselves. So much information was provided.

The tour was excellent. The guide and staff were excellent. The Manhattan is a wonderful boat. However, there was a group of 20 who had no interest in listening to any of the commentary. They were just there to socialize and drink a lot of beer. This group made it very hard for the rest of the boat to hear.

The tour provides an new look at Manhattan' s structures, bridges, history, neighboring boroughs, and greenery. Our guide was very knowledgeable, but was sometimes drowned out by adjacent conversation. Cheese, fruit, cake and wine were nicely presented and welcome. I understand the geography better now, but I wish the ship had moved more slowly on the Hudson side, where it seemed more could be seen than from the East River. (On the day of my visit, we cruised up the east side of Roosevelt Island.)

An amazing historically and architecturally relevant tour done in an entertaining and classy way

this was really fun, informative and transformational in creating a historical and geographic context for the development of our favorite island. Our guide was knowledgeable, gracious, answered questions comfortably. It's a perfect activity for locals as well as visitors to the area, seasoned or first timers.

Excellent guide, sophisticated commentary- better views of Brooklyn/the statue of liberty and the islands than expected. Excellent information about public housing and Moses' plans, not so much about the new starchitect buildings in detail. Food treats were superior and should be menetioned in your materials
