| Our group of friends travel to NY every time the same year. I am the person in charge of recommending what we do and where we eat. I was looking on City Search for activities going on during the weekend and I thought this would be interesting. We really expected just a boat ride with snacks and maybe one drink. The boat was fabulous. The food was incredible. The staff knowledgeable and kind. Our expectation was it would be a small step up from the Massive Cruise line that goes around the island. This was no small step but a giant leap from that. Wow, I can't say enough about how nice everything was. My only negative would be that it is not marketed with more fevre. In your brochure, it states that you may want to bring extra food. Because I have to eat every couple of hours I bought food to bring on board. I politely threw mine out and enjoyed the really great food, fabulous people, and a very informative ride. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, including New Yorkers! | ||||||

| You can't go wrong with a sailboat, champagne & Corona, and a trip around the bay in NYC and seeing the greatest sites in the world at sunset. Who could resist??? | ||||||

| I reserved 2 tickets on the sunset cruise to surprise my wife on her birthday. We had a really great time. The crew were terrific hosts and all of the passengers on board were pleasant and enjoyable. All weekend my wife couldn't stop telling me what a great birthday present the cruise was. We absolutely will do it again in the not too distant future and would recommend it to anybody to celebrate any occasion or just to have a quick get away. | ||||||

| We had a party of four celebrating my sister's birthday. The crew was great, the city lights and Statue of Liberty were magnificent, We've been on the dinner cruises on the bigger boats, but none can get as close to the Statue of Liberty. Great way to spend a fall evening! | ||||||

| Ride was non stop action.Whether it was passing Statute of liberty, Pier 17, Bklyn bridge or the various waterfalls. Especially enjoyable was the ability to sit comfortably inside watching the sights thru the glass windows or going out on deck to feel the cool breeze and the feel of the waves. | ||||||

| I wanted to plan a romantic evening for my Fiance while in NYC. I looked at several other boat tours and this was by far the most unique. The staff was very friendly and the boat very comfortable. We sat at the front of the boat where there was only room for two. From the boat you could see the Empire State and Chrysler buildings, a great view of lower Manhattan, as well as the NYC waterfalls and Brooklyn Bridge in the distance. We got up close and personal with Ellis Island and of course the Statue of Liberty. The trip was very leisurely as the engines were shut down and the sails raised. After setting off the staff served complimentary beverages several times and provided rain gear when it sprinkled for a few minutes. What a perfect night! Only caveat, if you are looking for a tour with interesting facts or stories about the city, this is not for you. The captain does not act as a tour guide. | ||||||

| the "guide" was terrible - you see the waterfalls, but don't get very close = the champagne was poor quality - just take a water taxi or walk over the brooklyn bridge for a cheaper and better waterfall experience | ||||||

| I will first begin by highly recommending the Day Sail on the Schooner Adirondack. A group of friends and I decided last minute to go on the Schooner Adirondack. Before the sailing excursion, my spirits were down because I was not going to be able to go to the beach or on a short trip for Labor Day Weekend due to a busy work schedule. From the moment we set sail from Chelsea Piers, I felt like I was in another world. The crew was very attentive and personable. You feel as if you are on your own private schooner on an adventure. The views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge are picturesque. We all stepped off the boat feeling a lightness to our step. I definitely recommend it to visitors and locals. My sailing trip is going to become a regular outing when I want to get away from the world for a few hours. | ||||||

| I was extremely disappointed, I was expecting to SAIL, if I wanted to motor I have plenty of other choices. Misleading promotion on your part. The crew was courteous and friendly, the boat beautiful and well kept... and meant to SAIL. Where was the quiet, peaceful sailing part? | ||||||

| Pleasant trip because of the great weather conditions for the day. Waterfalls were not all they were written up to be. Staff on boat were not attentive in any way. They just did their jobs without any concern for the overall enjoyment of the tourist on board. | ||||||
