The Schooner Adirondack II, sister ship to the award-winning Adirondack in New York City, is one of the fastest and most comfortable resident sail vessels in the Newport harbor. With ample deck space and seating for up to 60, she was built and designed for taking groups of people on spectacular sightsailing adventures.
The Adirondack II is operated by Coast Guard Certified Captains and extremely friendly and talented crew. Known for their amazing hospitality, our staff is all professionally trained and experienced on sailing our vessel well and safely. They're also very knowledgeable about all the sights you will enjoy.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy yourself. With wind behind the sails and amazing scenes in front of your eyes, everything is just breezy on the Adirondack II.

Rise and shine, you're in Newport, RI! Start your day with a brisk, invigorating sail aboard Adirondack II. Feel free to bring a brunch on this early day sail - our crew completes your "brunch experience" with delicious chilled Mimosas!
Mimosa Morning Sails are the perfect way to see the sights of Rhode Island before hitting the beach or the many shops of Thames Street.
Adirondack II is a safe and comfortable vessel with plenty of room to lay out a light picnic, relax comfortably with friends and loved ones and catch all the iconic waterfront sights of Newport and Narragansett Bay, including:
- Newport Bridge
- Historic lighthouses
- Fort Adams - A 19th century historic military landmark
- Stately waterfront mansions
- Hammersmith Farm - the former Summer White House of JFK
- America's Cup boats and other performance sailing yachts
Your knowledgeable captain and crew are always ready to answer questions about the sights and history of Newport Harbor and its surrounding areas. From interesting facts to old-time legends, the maritime world of Newport has many great stories to offer.
Mimosas, wine, beer and soda will be provided for $1/beverage. (One quick note: we will serve a few rounds, but it is not an unlimited booze-cruise. We aim to create a relaxing, peaceful, and safe experience for all of our guests.)

What Is Not Included?
Food is not served during the sail, but please feel free to bring your own picnic! Mimosas and other beverages are not included in the ticket price, so please bring cash if you would like to purchase any drinks. Water will be provided on board at no charge.
