| This is a great way to showcase every thing that makes Rhode Island special and Newport a one-of-a-kind locale. Our crew was very informative about the landmarks; several guests were able to try their hand as the helm; and there's nothing like experiencing Rhode Island from the water. My friends wanted to chart the sailboat for the day! |

| The ship was beautiful but the crew was amazing! We had a wonderful young lad who was working the jib sheet and giving us a full lesson in Newport's fine history! Couple all of that with the beer and wine and you have a perfect evening! |

| We bought the tickets in advance which I guess I would not do again. The forcast was for a beautiful day which it was. However, there was no wind. We got part way out with the sails but then we just sat for a while not moving at all. Finally the motor was needed to troll us around and back to the dock. I have to say it was disappointing and not really worth what we had paid.
Speaking of payment, the internet add said that you got a free soft drink withthe trip but then we were charged extra for it on the boat. I know it's not a lot a money but when advertised as free and then to be charged is a put off.
The boat was very nice and the crew was friendly but the experience fell quite short of what we had hoped for. I think when the sail is not very good the passengers should be given the opportunity to sail again sometime for free or at least at a 50% discount. sometime wintin a year. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our sunset sail on the Adirondack II - we found the crew to be courteous, extremely knowlegable and they were able to get their safety messages across without changing the "mood"...that is a real plus!
The only drawback to the entire experience was the "eau du dumpster" smell upon embarkation and disembarkation...that, and the fact that we could have stayed out for hours! Thanks. |
