The Adirondack II is a great choice for those looking to enjoy a slower paced tour of the harbor. The captain and additional staff were friendly, informative and accomodating. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are sold onboard and water is free. The tour lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours, which may be perfect for some and tedious for others. Overall a very nice sail.

I found the crew to be extremely friendly and informative and would recommend the sailing trip to everyone!

First time sailing.... Amazing .... recommanded for people who are never try sailing

It was a lovely sail, in calm waters. Enjoyed a taste of champagne, with history and stories from the crew. The sailboat was clean, and not over-crowded. We watched the crew raise and lower the sails once in the bay. Some people had their pictures taken at the helm. It was most relaxing, and lovely.

The staff aboard took very good care to all our needs. The price and quality of the drinks offered was a wonderful surprise. I felt quite comfortable with the way the crew sailed the Bay. The time went by so quickly. I could have gone again for another 1 1/2 hour. I met a lot of nice, fun people aboard. I only wish there was a sailing without young childen. They kind of spoiled the calm with thier crying, running about and playing thier video games. Otherwise, the trip was well worth the price. I would recommend this to others if they don't mind having the small kids aboard.

We have been on the Adirondack II several times and KeyWest Florida - we were happy to be able to see her again in Newport! Great Crew

The boat was beautiful, the crew was polite, friendly and professional. The scenery was gorgeous, the sail lasted just long enough. A perfect evening!! I will recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, vintage Little Rhody experience- local and tourist alike.....

Everything went great from the check-in to the beautiful boat ride including the awesome attitude of the captain and crew. Will go on the ride again next year.

The staff of all ladies were amazing. So kind, helpful and friendly. The evening cruise was a blast and we'll def do it again!!

Sailing on the Adirondack II was such great fun! Capt Leslie was so informative, always ready to answer questions. Her crew was just as friendly and accommodating. We're planning to take our family sailing next summer that they may enjoy the same great experience we did.

Booked a sail Saturday am for Saturday afternoon Columbus Day weekend... Drove down from Boston for the 3 pm sail- what a treat! The weather was picture perfect, the crew friendly and knowledgeable, just a delightful afternoon... I could not believe the price, plus wine or ice-cold beer at $2/ bottle! Topped it off with a nice sunset dinner on the water... I recommend this activity highly

I reserved two tickets online for this cruise for noon on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. About a week before I received an email asking if it would ok if we went at 11am instead. I said fine but the day of the sail we showed up at 11am and were told they didn't have enough people to go out so we'd have to come back at 1pm. This definitely threw a kink in our plans. The cruise itself was short about 1 hr of actual sailing time and you don't even leave the bay. I can't really recommend this cruise, it was just ok.

Outstanding experience. We had four small children in our group and they let them take turns "steering" the boat, huge hit. Our children had travelled in from Illinois, the crew was very knowlegdable regarding the harbor, the boat and sites along the way! Great way to spend an afternoon!

We had a great trip in great weather. A very enjoyable way to spend a few hours in Newport. Crew was very attentive and friendly.

Spending a quick weekend in Newport can be made even better by adding a cruise like this to the experience. The ride was smooth and enjoyable, and the staff were very attentive. I'd definitely recommend this to any couple (young or old) looking for a late afternoon activity.
