My husband and I along with our two teenagers enjoyed our afternoon sail. It was a picture perfect day in Newport and a great way to see the harbor and enjoy the peacefulness of being out on the water. The crew was very engaged with the passengers, knowledgeable about the sights and very pleasant.

i thought the sail was great. just wish there was a bit more to see. i felt like we just went around in circles. didn't even go out past/to castle hill!

The Captain was teriific and very experienced with sailing. His crew was professional and accomodating to the passengers. We had a wonderful time and plan another Adirondack sailing Labor Day weekend.

I surprised my boyfriend with tickets to sail after a long day at the beach and it was lovely! The crew is very attentive and friendly. The service and overall experience is A++. Kudos to everyone at Adirondack II!!

It was really nice, a bit breezy, cheap but good wine/ champagne/ beer. We didn't get any info on the area. The captain was talking to the people around him but we weren't close enough to hear anything. I would say go, dress warm but don't expect a tour or info on the area.

Ranging from 2 to 50 years of age, our group of 23 had a most enjoyable experience sailing in Narragansett Bay on the Adirondack II. The boat and crew were perfect hosts and Mother Nature added an exclamation point to a relaxed, wonderful afternoon sail. Thank you and we look forward to a return voyage!

The crew was friendly and very knowledgable. They were there to provide information when asked but also let the passengers take in some of the beautiful day.

It was a relaxing boat ride around Newport. Perfect for a sunny day, but please note that if you book in advance, they still sail in rain and do not give refunds. They do allow you to switch the day of your sail, which is what we did, and it worked out well. The people who work there are very informative and friendly and I would definitely recommend this cruise.

My husband and I were looking forward to this because it had very high reviews. However, the sailboat was overcrowded. Too many tickets were sold so it was hard to find a seat and move around during the sail. The sailing route was not very good either. Rather than going around the whole bay we sailed one way and we sailed back the same way. I didn't want to see the same thing!

Relaxing and enjoyable!

Went out with Captain Chris. He was funny and informative. It was a hot and cloudy day and the breeze was terrific. My husband and I enjoyed hearing the history of the various properties we passed.. Loved it!

Our group included grandparents, parents and grandchildren. Each one of us had a very memorable 90 minutes. We got a little history lesson and a wonderful breeze on a very hot day. The sites were great.

Even though the weather could have been better, we had a great sail on the Adirondack II. The captain and his crew were very personable. I only wish they had a sound system so we could hear their commentary more clearly.
