This was part of a great birthday night for my husband. We had great weather, a personable and knowledgable crew, and great $1 dark and stormy drinks. Even though we have both lived and worked in Newport we had never done this type of tour before. It was amazing to see these Newport "landmarks" from the water. Bring a camera and don't be afraid to try the Dark and Stormy drink ( we were one of the only ones to try it). Also, this tour time was good so that we could go to dinner afterward.

Out of all the things we saw/did in Newport, this definitely ranks high on the list. The boat was beautiful, the captain was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, and the $1 beer/champagne/wine was a great deal. We were able to see some beautiful spots from the water and learn quite a bit about the area from the captain. Just wonderful!

This is our second cruise. We have done this for our 1st and 2nd wedding anniversary and plan on taking the cruise again for our 3rd. We had a great time!

This was a gift for my 50th birthday! My husband and I had a great time. We're thinking of doing it every year now in the summer. How can we not enjoy this beautiful city when it's right in our back yard? I highly recommend it - everyone on the boat seemed to enjoy the sail! The crew members were very informative!!

I took my friend out for a wonderful Newport Harbor sailing trip on the Adirondack II. The crew was fun and lively and filled with wonderful information on the area. A must see in Newport.

My wife ha dheard about your cruise from a girl friend who had taken one with her husband a few weeks ago. We had tickets to a comedy show being held in Newport so we figured we'd make a day of it. I looked up your business on line and liked what I read about your tours and the Adirondack II so I purchased tickets. We got to Newport several hours earlier than we expected and checked in for the cruise early, so early in fact that we were allowed to reschedule from the 1:00 cruise to the 11:00 Mimosa cruise. The rep at the kiosk was very helpful. Once aboard, the crew did an excellent job running the lines/rigging and serving passengers as well as being very informative about the area. It was a calm, enjoyable day for us and it's definitely soemthing we will pass along to any of our friends heading to Newport. Keep up the good work, it's an exceptional value in our eyes ! Thanks ! We were the only two customers on the boat, probably because of the "dark and stormy" weather. The crew offered to take us out the next day and watch the Folk Festival from the water but we were only in town for the day so they said if we were game they were too. My sister sails a little but had never been on a big boat, we now have a great picture of her at the wheel and it was the highlight of our 10 day trip to the Rhode Island-Connecticut area. Barbara and I are from Texas ( I live in Colorado now) and we are used to Southern hospitaility, the customer service and general friendly attitude of your staff (and pretty much everyone we met on our trip) made us feel right at home. This is a beautiful boat, comfortable places to sit. They offered blankets because the evening was cool. The staff was friendly, professional, and fun. This was a calming and pleasurable activity, well worth making time for.

My wife and I booked a sunset sail while on vacation. The weather was threatening when we arrived at the dock but we sailed on schedule. When we entered Narragansett Bay, the fog was so thick we could not see beyond the end of the boat. The captain and crew were great and turned what could have been a disappointment into a fun trip. They were energetic and amusing and made us feel like we wee in good hands despite not being able to see the shore. Everyone on the boat got into the act, we all got a little damp but laughed the whole way in and out. Turned out to be a great evening and I'd do it again in a heartbeat, rain or shine.

Crew was great and knowledgable, took great care of you, left on time. Def. bang for your buck!

Enjoyed the cruise in spite of the weather which was foggy so the sunset cruise was more like a foggy cruise. But of course you don't control the weather. What you do control is the ambiance on the boat. I would suggest, that on bad weather days, when there is nothing to see due to the fog and mist, that the captain and crew would entertain the passengers by some prepared informational lecture about either life on the boat, or about the bay and the sea life, how deep is the water, what is fishing like, how you navigate through the fog, well, you get the picture. Instead of just letting the passengers sit there and entertain each other. Not a critique, but take it as constructive criticism. Your crew is great though, and it was interesting to see how the sails were hoisted up and down. An explanation of the different sails would have been interesting as well. Thank you.

We went out on the Schooner Adirondack for the 1:00 sail. The bay was gorgeous, the boat was very clean, the staff were polite & helpful, and Coronas were a dollar!You can't ask for much more! They have great knowledge of the historic sights you will see, however it is not a narrative tour, you need to ask questions. I suggest asking questions because it really added to the experience. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Newport!

The trip was good and the crew members were nice and very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.
