We have sailed the O'Neill five or six times, usually with out of town guests, and it is always fun. The crew is very professional but fun, and we have never had a bad experience. Will be riding many more times in the future |

They were amazingly kind and gracious. It was my birthday and they let me bring cakes and soda for the other passengers to share.
When I had trouble finding the place, Steve, who organizes these mini sail excursions, was VERY helpful in giving me directions to the loading dock.
The staff is so kind, helpful, accommodating, unlike my experience with the Chardonnay business/staff people.
It's worth every penny of the 20 dollars

We very much enjoyed our 1 hour sail on O'Neill. The staff was helpful and it has to be the best deal in Santa Cruz at $20 for the activity. |

It was a lot of fun to go out on the o'Neill sailboat. The wind was blowing 15 -20 Knots and we still felt safe. Conditions provided an exciting experience for us land lubbers. We saw otters and many sea birds. |

We went on a late Saturday afternoon for the 90 minute cruise. In additon to the sail along the Boardwalk and pier, we headed out into the bay for awhile and then returned following the coast. During this time, the captain slowed or stopped several times so we could watch the seals jumping out of the water within 50 feet of us as well as numerous sea otters floating on the surface as we went by. |

The fog was very thick. Could not see a thing for most of the trip. I think that on such days, O'Neill should consider allowing people to opt out!! No need to give money back, just a credit to come some other days....Such a guesture would go a long way and will solidify his great reputation. Again, the boat and the crew are A1!! |

The cruise on the O'Neill cat was just perfect. Went with several friends including two 7yr old boys. The crew was wonderful letting the boys get behind the wheel. Fantastic way to see a new perspective on Santa Cruz bay. Will be going again for some of the special cruise events. |
