Afternoon Dolphin Sail

We really enjoyed the afternoon on the ship. The captain and crew were friendly and full of information about the area and the boat. The children got to pitch in and help raise the sails, which they found quite exciting. The beverages and snacks were quite reasonably priced as well. We had a really great time.

My husband and I along with another couple took a Saturday afternoon tour on March 18. Although, we didn't see any dolphins, we had a GREAT time! It was a beautiful day, perfect weather. The captain and crew were helpful and polite. I even volunteered and helped hoist a mast! It was very relaxing and all 4 of us had a wonderful afternoon on board the Schooner!

Trip was a birthday gift for my husband who is a sailboat enthusiast, he enjoyed raising the sails and watching the little boys shoot the canon. Great location and easy to find from the main bridge. Capt. and his crew was very knowledgeable about boating and local area. I highly recommend the trip! Price was very reasonable as well. Great find and may do it again next year!

The overall experience was very nice and relaxing. The crew was very friendly and accommodating, even providing me with a blanket to wrap up in since it was much cooler on the water then I had expected. The only disappointment was we didn't see any Dolphin. The crew said they usually don't see any Dolphin in that area. So, if your going out in hopes of seeing Dolphin this is the wrong activity. I think they should change the name because it is very misleading.

WE had a great time and would tell all our friends to go to Charleston SC and go for a ride on the Pride.

The dolphin cruise was fun, although I would have liked some narration by someone knowledgeable about the local sites. I don't think it would need to be a fully narrated tour but we had gone for the purpose of seeing Charleston. It was an enjoyable sailboat ride but not much of a tour. This was, perhaps, a bit misleading on the website. Nonetheless, I would recommend it as a fun thing to do when in Charleston.

From the moment we boarded the beautiful Pride, we knew we were going to have a great experience. The ship is well maintained and comfortable, the Captain and crew warm, friendly and knowledeable. The best part was that it was not a typical tour with bland narration. Instead we listened to the wind in the sails as we tacked across Charleston Bay. We can recommend this trip to anyone who loves to sail or be on the water, it was a wonderful afternoon and made my Birthday special. We have traveled the world and all we can say is don't miss this if you are visiting Charleston.

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon cruise. We did see dolphins and the views of the city and Fort Sumter were great. The staff was very friendly and informative without being intrusive.

Due to the fact that the wind was non existent, the trip was pretty uneventful and boring. Maybe the vendor needs to cancel the event on such days when there is really nothing to offer.

This was a great way to spend a few hours in the afternoon. So relaxing. We did see Dolphins when the motor was turned off and the sails went up. Didnt want it to end.
