Moonlight Sail on the Schooner Pride

I took my adult daughter on a birthday weekend to Charleston and this was something she really wanted to do. This is money WELL spent. We went on the sunset cruise that left around 8:30pm. It was such a good experience I plan to take my husband back next Spring. The moon was rising on the harbor and it was beautiful. The "skipper" and his crew were very informative and customer service oriented. On the sunset cruise they served two complimentary beverages per person which was a nice touch. (alcohol/water/sodas; whatever you wanted) There was also a guitarist the sang while they had the sails up and we were just sailing along in the harbor. I highly recommend this trip.

The moonlight sail is simply beautiful - wind in your hair, great music and the vast ocean. We appreciated that you received 2 beverages with the price. All staff were very nice.

I really enjoyed the night sail on the Schooner Pride! It was a nice if your looking for something to do especially with your spouse or significant other. They provide light snacks at a resonable charge. If your looking for alot of history and talking I suggest you go for something else. This ride is a nice quite sail where you can enjoy the moonlight, dolphins swimming, and your loved one. The only con is that I had requested the crew wish my boyfriend a happy 29th birthday in an email before the sail days before and nothing was ever said. Otherwise I really nice evening.

My girlfriend and I throughly enjoyed it. I loved being on the ocean in the middle of the night, it was very nice. The captain and his mates were very accomidating as well.

The sail was extremely relaxing, and the people on board were as sweet as can be. I would recommend going to the sunrise or sunset one if you want to see the sights of the trip like Fort Sumter. VERY RECOMMENDED! very romantic!

I sailed on the Schooner Pride with my boyfriend as a part of a long weekend's excursion to Charleston, SC. It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend wholeheartedly. I was a bit nervous about the sailing aspect of the trip, as I had never been out on so much water. But, all was well, I didn't become sea-sick in the least. The crew on the ship handled the service (drinks) and ship-handling quite adeptly. It was actually quite entertaining to see how they hoisted and lowered the sails to maneuver the boat. There was a full moon, which was a gorgeous finale to the night. There are also a few surprises, which I won't give away. Our night out on the water was wonderful, and the 2 hour length of sailing time was a perfect amount of time. Not too long, nor too short. I would love to go again on my next trip to Charleston!

The crew were professional and courteous. The ship is lovely and the tour relaxing. Fine job.

My husband and I live near Myrtle Beach and were looking for something different to do. I booked this trip a a surprise for him. The sailing was so relaxing and the moon light was romantic. We took cheese and crackers with us and just sat back and talked and gazed at the lights of Charleston Harbor. The crew is entertaining and outstanding! They were quick to bring drinks and very friendly. If you are looking for a romantic evening then consider this trip:)

We took the moonlite tour and absolutely had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the live acoustic music and the romantic setting. Great way to be with someone you love ( for 32 years).

I enjoyed every minute.
