The sail was very nice. The crew was very helpful and provided my wife and I some champagne ( it was our 59 wedding anniversity) . I think the cruise could be improved if it would take place closer to the shore and closer to the Fort. We stayed so far out that we couldn't see much except water.

What a nice crew to have and very informative. We really had a great time. Such a relaxed atmosphere to end an evening with. You could help the crew if you wanted or just sit back and relax. We highly recommend taking this tour in fact if we lived in Charleston we would take this tour many times over. Thanks to the Crew we really had a great time. The Kansas Andersons.

We had a terrific time on the sunset cruise and would recommend it to others. The staff and crew were friendly, knowledgeable and safe - just the kind of qualities that instill trust on a boat tour. The vessel was lovely and well matched for Charleston's charm and history.

The Pride was one of the best attractions that we booked in Charleston. Sailing on the sunset was spectacular! The crew was accommodating and educated in the area history.

Crew was polite and efficient, helpful when asked about things. Ship was clean and neat, well maintained. I had hoped to go a little farther around Ft. Sumter (or another island) or get a little closer to The Battery, but it was a wonderful time nonetheless.

We had a lovely time on the Sunset Sail. It was relaxing and enjoyable. It was the perfect mix of quietness with the right amount of narrative. The crew was friendly and knowledgable. The passengers that got to help with the sails seemed to have a blast!

We have been on the schooner pride 3 times now and each time is more amazing....... I took my daughters earlierin the year and was suprised when the captian and crew rememberd us this past weekend, that made the sail that much more enjoyable. Sarah was very attentive to everyone on the boat and included the children .... we will sail again for sure

My lady,Ariana, and I are sailors. It was delightful to watch Captain Jeff and his crew of two handle the schooner with its authentically antique rigging so expertly and we were invited to participate in raising the gaff-rigged sails. The sunset cruise was lovely and could not have been a more beautiful way to see Charleston from the water looking as it did to sailors who have plied Charleston Bay for more than 300 years. What a great experience!

Nice Cruise

We had a nice evening for our cruise and it wasn't hot or muggy. We could have used a little more wind, but we moved along nicely. I did think that we were going to sail around Fort Sumter though, but never made it that far. Overall, the cruise was nice, but could have been nicer if narration and music was supplied. It would have made the cruise more interesting and fun. We have been on a similar cruise on the James River in Norfolk which provides commentary on sites we pass and played music in between. Overall, still enjoyed the cruise and would recommend it.
