The captain and all crew members were very friendly and attentive to all of the passengers. The schooner was clean, well maintained and we all had a very enjoyable experience. Our group highly recommends this activity. |

My parents, my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed the sunset sail aboard the Spirit. The crew were wonderful! Very entheusiastic and accomodating throughout the cruise. The Spirit is well maitained, clean, and comfortable. The crew offered beverage service and offered blankets as the night grew cooler. A great time for all of us! Would definately recommend to others and plan to go again next time we're in town. |

We went on the Pride's maiden voyage of the season in mid-March--a bit chilly. I'd wait until it's warmer. That said, the trip itself was delightful. We sailed at 6:00 p.m., so enjoyed the harbor sunset and the occasional dolphin surfacing near the schooner. My husband had an opportunity to help raise one of the sails and found it to be great fun as well. Don't count on the crew for in-depth historical knowledge. Their common knowledge is terrific, but they were often stumped by more specific questions. Remember that it's much cooler on the water than on land, so dress accordingly. |

Our trip was the Pride's first sunset cruise of the 2009 season, and the crew worked well together to give us an enjoyable and safe trip. My sister and I agreed that it could have been ten degrees warmer and thirty minutes shorter, but the sunset was spectacular! |

My Wife and I had a great time. The boat was very cool in a historic kind of way. The crew was very friendly and catered to us very well. They served beverages, let us help raise the sails, told a few stories and just contributed to an all around good time. The wind was light so we didn't cover too much area but the seas were calm and the sunset was beautiful looking over downtown Charleston. It was a great way to get out on the water and see the city from a different perspective. I'd recommend it for all ages. The boat is safe and easy to cruise on. We really enjoyed the time. |

Myself, husband, my sister and her husband enjoyed our sunset cruise so much....the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a beautiful evening and God treated us to a gorgeous sunset but very little wind. We enjoyed the peaceful cruise but also opportunity to ask about the sights. Other than little wind we had not complaints. We would have loved to have taken a picture of the Schooner Pride under sail. |

The ride was relaxing, and the scenery was beautiful. It was especially nice when the captain cut the engine and we went under sail. It would have been nice to have some formal narration from the crew (they just walk around and answer questions, basically). The weather was perfect on the night that we sailed. Sunset was bautiful. We were fortunate enough to have a brief glimpse of a couple of dolphins in the harbor. |

Finally, a wonderful bit of peace in our hectic lives! The sun going down, the soft sounds of the water, the sails billowing above...peace! Now when I need to imagine a peaceful place in my life, I'll reflect back on this calm evening! |
