Weather was very hot and humid in Charleston, so this evening cruise was very relaxing and refreshing. Workers on the boat were very helpful (service for drinks or restroom), and informational. Also they fired a cannon during the cruise which the kids enjoyed. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Charleston. If you are worried about sailing, they mentioned sails will go up wind or no wind. |

The ride on the Schooner pride was the highlight of our trip to Charleston.
We had chosen the week end looking forward to touring the big ships at Harbor Fest and were most disapointed. So the trip on your ship made up for it. The crew was fun and informative. What a beautiful to spend the evening..thanks |

The Sunset Sail on the Pride was exactly what we were hoping for... a peaceful sail with a great view and a competent, helpful crew. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Charleston! |

We had a great time. It was well above our expectations, the boat was beautiful and we were there at sunset and got to see the "Tall ships" all lit up in the harbor. Thanks for a memorable evening. |

My wife and I took a sunset sail on the Schooner Pride. It was a warm, calm night. The 2 hours went by quickly as we cruised around the harbor. The only negative was the several idiot tourists who talked on their cellphones for most of the trip. |

I was in Charleston on business and most attractions were closed by 5pm. Thanks for offering the sunset sail--the best 2 hours I spent in Charleston! |

We spent a relaxing and enjoyable evening! Sail was not narrated, but crew was friendly and willing to talk and answer questions about the sights and the area. |

My husband and I took this sail/cruise in late June. It was a hot day, however we sailed in the evening and it was perfect weather. We had never sailed before. We enjoyed it very much and found the crew to very friendly and experienced. The captain told us we would go as far out in the harbor as the current tide and wind would take us and still allow us to be back within our 2 hr. time frame. We didn't make it to Ft. Sumter, but could see it easily. He used the engine to get us well out into the harbor (which allowed us to go a little farther out) and then I got to help hoist one of the sails...fun! After the engine was off, he turned on some soft music, not too loud, so it didn't disrupt the peacefulness. Drinks were available at a very reasonable price. I was a little disappointed that we didn't see dolphins, but that, of course, is not within the crew's control. Thanks for a fun and romantic evening ! |

The schooner and crew were nice, but seemed expensive just to ride to nowhere and not get any histoy unless asked. Once onboard we were told their would be no narration. I believe the advertisement stated the Pride went close to Fort Sumter. We could barely see the fort in the distance. They do state each sail is different and I must say there was no wind on our sunset sail, so this may have hindered the captain some. The sail was still enjoyable and relaxing. And again the crew was friendly and knowledgable when asked. |
