| Lack of wind prevented us from going out of the bay, so we did a big circle, that was plesant enough but had we circled Fort Sumpter with a little histoey lesson, the trip would have been so much better. Just a thought | ||||||

| We had a pleasant time on the Pride. There was only a light breeze, so it wasn't as exhilarating as our schooner sail in Annapolis. Also, although some narration was promised, there wasn't any! The crew answers questions if asked, but the captain had almost no interaction with the passengers. The cruise is advertised as one which gives passengers the chance to help sail the boat, but that didn't happen either. It was very interesting to observe the crew manipulating the sails. If you are already familiar with Charleston harbor and just want to enjoy a nice sail on a schooner, you'd probably enjoy this trip. If, on the other hand, you want landmarks identified and history shared, you'd be better off on one of the other cruises. | ||||||

| Our group of 12 family members took this cruise as part of the celebration of my daughter's graduation from MUSC. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The ship boarded and left on time. The captain and crew were very friendly. The evening sail was peaceful and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it. | ||||||

| This was our 2nd time going out on the Schooner Pride. The first time was on our previous trip and that time we went out in the afternoon. It was so much fun (and so relaxing) that we decided to do it again, only this time on the sunset sail. GO FOR IT! The crew knows what they are doing, the boat is big enough to handle the number of people they carry, but small enough to feel like a sailboat. If a person wants to get involved and help with the sails, they are welcomed and encouraged. If they don't want to, no hassle and no problem. We chose not to be a participant, but instead to let the gentle rocking of the water relax us after a busy day of sightseeing. It is not a narrated tour, which is fine, but it would be nice if there was just a little bit more info provided, especially for those things that are not on the typical tourist guides. But that does not take away from what a fun thing this is to do while on a getaway in Charleston. | ||||||

| The time of the evening cruise didn't allow for dinner before or after. Perhaps the afternoon cruise did. But a good experience nontheless. | ||||||

| It was a very nice experience. Captain and crew were very friendly and about half way through it started raining and they provided ponchos and were asking if everyone was doing ok. | ||||||

| We went out during the hottest day of the year. Had a great time and would definitely do this again. The crew was friendly and attentive even during their duties. very relaxing sail around the harbor. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a different afternoon activity. | ||||||
