Not that great for the money

The ship was not that comfortable as there were only limited place to sit. Since it relied on the wind, and their was little, all we did was motor out past the harbour and sit their for 45 min. Then he said we need to motor back in. Waste of time and money. I would not recommend this to anyone as it is not a comfortable way to spend two hours. Then they asked for our help with the sails. I wish I could get my money back as this was not a great way to spend the $75 dollars I spent. |

Great crew, great boat, great weather. I loved the fact that the crew was very knowlegeable if you had questions, but they didn't just rattle off information for no reason. A nice breeze is noise enough for me.
Perfect way to view the harbor. |

We really enjoyed the sail. The crew was very nice and willing to answer questions. We moved here a few months ago, so it was a chance to finally get a different perspective of Charleston. I do have to say we were quite disappointed the first time we tried to go out,the previous Wednesday. It was our Anniversary and we had a special night planned around the sail. We didn't hear it was cancelled until we were already there. I had no idea there was even a chance for cancellation, you should put that on the ticket. Other than that, I would do it again.
Thanks,
Michelle |

We take family and friends on the sunset cruise whenever they are in town. It is always a great way to visit and enjoy Charleston from a different perspective. I highly recommend this tour. |

My date and I had a terrific time on the harbor cruise. We brought dinner and were able to buy wine. Thank goodness the crew packed blankets, though, because once the sun goes down it gets pretty cold on the water (in late April, anyway). I thought we'd go closer to Fort Sumter and further out into the harbor, or closer to the Cooper River Bridge, though. The sunset from the water was gorgeous, and Charleston's a beautiful city. All-in-all, highly enjoyable, and quite romantic! |

Our recent attempt, after reaching the boat, was cancelled due to severe conditions (small craft advisory!!!). All aboard were greatly relieved!!! What a difference the rescheduled trip was.. beautiful, sunny day!!! Both Zerve and staff at Schooner Pride were very helpful in rescheduling the NON-refundable, non-cancellable tickets.
I've been on several sails with the Pride and will be going again this weekend with another group. A very enjoyable, very different Charleston event. |

We were a group of 6 coworkers on a workforce engagement event. We all had a great time. No one in the group had ever been on a sailboat before and we were all delighted in the cruise. The crew were very friendly and helpful. We left on time and came back to the dock on time. The only small dissappointment we had was the actual route we sailed. We did a small circle of the harbor and didn't go any farther than what we could see from the dock. We may have mistakenly expected to much for a 2 hour tour. It was still very relaxing and we all had a great time. |

The sunset cruise offers a great view of the Charleston Harbor. We even spotted some dolphins! This was my second cruise on The Pride, and I have had other friends go, also. It was relaxing and fun! |

I thought we were going to sail around the harbor to see sights like the Battery or the beaches of Wild Dunes, or even to the jetty. But we just zigged and zagged in a circle in sight of where we departed.
I thought we might have some sort of narrative about points in Charleston.
It was not what I thought of a harbor tour. |

I decided to take my fiance and daughter on the sunset cruise as a fun thing for us to do as a family. None of us had ever been on a sailboat before and a collegue told us about the Schooner Pride. The day was perfect for sailing and the boat didn't have too many people which I really enjoyed. The captain and her crew were very accomodating and informative about all the questions we had. We sailed around the harbor and they let my fiance and another visitor raise the sails which they both seemed to thoroughly enjoy. I would definitely recommend this trip for the locals looking for something new and different to do, or for the tourists that come to visit our beautiful city. |

My girlfriend and I went on the Schooner Pride on a Sunday afternoon. It was only us and 4 other women. It was very relaxing. The crew were extremely helpful, offered to take our picture and offered to give any information on our surroundings if asked. They asked if we needed blankets or drinks as well. I did think it was a little pricey for just a boat ride, but all in all it was a wonderful experience! |
