The Afternoon Dolphin Sail on the Pride was delightful! The harbor of the Holy City of Charleston is to be appreciated from the views that our ancestors saw. It is a beautiful city, but especially from the water!
Although it was hot as blazes under the August sun, the breeze on the water was refreshing. The crew was terrific & made the experience so enjoyable. Thanks for a nice memory! |

Great ship and crew had a great time only thing missing was dinner they served drinks but was hard for them to serve you while sailing which was no problem didnt see sunset cause of clouds but that didnt take away from the trip. Best boat ride so far while i have been to Charleston A+A+A+A+A+A+A+ |

This is definitely not a ride for children. I took my 2 5 year old girls and there is really no railings only tiny wires preveting you from falling off the boat, they were extremely bored. We left the dock and went out towards Fort Sumter, the ride was nothing more than going back and forth a few times. Although the captain was extremely bland the rest of the crew was friendly and nice. We finally saw some dolphins on the way back, unfortunately they were extremely far away. I feel it was extremely over priced for the trip we received, may be better for an older couple? |

This was actually our second cruise so that in itself speaks to how much we enjoyed the lst trip and now the 2nd trip.
Staff was very courteous and helpful and I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to see Charleston from a different view. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening on the Schooner 'Pride'. Smaller numbers and an attentive sailing staff made for an individualized experience. Our captain and his 'mates' were personable and knowledgeable and made the trip fun, even though the winds were light! Would highly recommend for a relaxing evening in Charleston Harbor, with a bit of a unique twist! |

Relaxing sail on the harbor. Help raise the sails or steer the boat or just kick back and relax. Must stress that this is not a tour of the harbor. The crew is very knowledgable and will answer questions you may have about the city, but there is no "guide" or script. Just enjoy the ride! We did see several dolphins throughout the sail. |

Enjoyed the ability to ask questions, talk to the crew and to participate in the sailing of the boat if you desired. I was glad that we took the cruise. |

We were one of the not-so-lucky ones to go on the sail without any wind. Our sail boat didn't go too far and while it was a sunset cruise with a purported sail by the forts we hardly got to do any forts or landmarks. Our captain was kind enough to take us under the Ravenel Bridge. The crew was alright - they could have been more informative about what was happening what was not happening. Most of the 2 hr sail we were just waiting with no wind in the sails and wondering what the plan was (whether we could go to the forts or not). All in all, we were unlucky, but the crew onboard could have made the most of the situation. I won't go on this sail again. |

The trip was simply the best. Two full hours of sailing in Charleston Harbour.
The sunset was spectacular (which is out of anyone's control) but the boat itself was excellent - well maintained and impeccably presented.
Being on a sailboat gave one the sensation of actually sailing rather than doing a bus trip on water.
There is no commentary as such (a good thing) but the Captain and crew will answer any question.
Bar prices were reasonable.
Highly recommended. |

We are a retired couple who travel with a small dog. We were delighted that we could take the dog on the cruise with us. We all enjoyed the cruise, including the dog. The crew were extremely nice. I highly recommend this trip. |
