We had no idea how relaxing an afternoon on the water would be. The weather was perfect for using the sails and viewing dolphins (we saw many). We loved the fact that Charleston is so pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog along. We highly recommend this cruise. |

The crew was very informative and help make the sail very pleasant. The perfect sunset and the weather was beautiful. Dolphins swam along the ship which gave us all an added bonus. |

The cruise was great. Fun crew and they interacted with us. Weather was windy but clear and sunset was good. Not a great one but good anyway. We would definitely do it again and recommend it to all. |

We hardly sailed while we were out. We drifted most of the time it appeared and we never got close enough to anything to be able to really see what we might have been interested in. It was alittle ho-hum boring. I think we could have sailed twice what we did and at least catch a little scenery. Sorry...not that great. We were a family of 7 with adult children ages 21-27 |

We had a beautiful day for our cruise and two great mates and a captain that made our trip thoroughly enjoyable. The ship itself is gorgeous with plenty of seating and the vistas were plentiful from any angle. We would do it again in a heatbeat. |

We enjoyed our sunset cruise a great deal. The evening we went out, the sunset was so spectacular, even the crew were taking photos. The boat is great, and we enjoyed watching them hoist the sails. Seeing all of Charleston harbor and the homes along the coast was just lovely. We also enjoyed seeing the dolphins swimming about and the birds all coming to roost for the night at the abandoned fort.
We were not sure we were going to make the boat because our arrival into town was delayed. I'm so glad we didn't miss it! |

Although we didn't have enough wind to do much sailing my husband & I truly enjoyed our trip. We met other vacationers and enjoyed our visit with them. Talked with the two crew members who very knowledgable. A pleasurable trip. We were able to see dolphins but just not up close. We would definitely recommend sailing on The Pride to anyone! |

We took the moonlite tour and absolutely had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the live acoustic music and the romantic setting. Great way to be with someone you love ( for 32 years). |

Crew was very accommodating. With sailing, you are dependent on the direction and speed of the wind for the distance you go. We had a pretty good headwind blowing into the harbor, so we had to tack our way out. We almost made Fort Sumter before we had to turn back. It was an afternoon sail. Dolphin spotting was sparse, although there were several playing and eating near the wharf. All in all, it was a good, relaxing experience. |

Arrived in Charleston about 11:30 AM. Looked up the site for Schooner Pride and made reservations for the 2 PM sailing. This was our 4th sailing and all of them have been wonderful. We purchased a bottle of wine each for me and my spouse. The weather was perfect for sailing. Not too hot or cold and not too windy. The crew was excellent and knowledgeable about the area. They were very good at handling a sailing vessel, were well coordinated and knew what they were doing,I think this is the perfect time of the year for the 2 hour cruise in the afternoon. Maybe next year we will try the evening cruise. Again we had a wondereful time and look forward to our visit next fall. |

We had a wonderful time. The Schooner was beautiful. The crew worked hard to keep everyone safe and make sure we had a fun and enjoyable sail. The weather and the sunset were beautiful despite a little wind. We will definitley spend many more sunsets on the Schooner Pride. |

The Pride was a great ship. My grandchildren were able to help raise the sails and also steer the boat. They also loved that we saw many dolphins on our journey. It was a beautiful day, and gave us great time together as a family. This was a surprise to our grandchildren ages 9 and 7. The 7 year old was leary of getting on, so his grampy told him it was a pirate ship! He almost ran on the boat then. Amazing enough that when out in harbor another large sail boat came close to us, and a big bearded male yelled at us, and said prepare to be boarded! Acting like they were pirates. Could not have happended better. A great day, and would highly recommend this to all ages. From PA. |
