We went on the sunset cruise. It was a wonderful trip. It provided us a break from the heat and humidity of Charleston, provided us with wonderful picture opportunities. The boat and crew were wonderful. |

I was very disappointed with this so-called "sunset" cruise. I have done similar cruises in the Outer Banks area in NC and I was able to take beautiful shots from sunset. In this cruise, when we got close to the sunset time, we sailed back to the peer area which is an ugly area including commercial facilities and storage spaces. I wasnt able to take a single photo because of very bad location chosen for the sunset time. I'm very disappointed and I dont think it's worth of anyone's time and money unless you dont care about the whole "sunset" concept of it... |

My companion and I thoroughly enjoyed the Sunset Schooner Pride trip. The Captain and crew ensured we had safe and enjoyable travels through the historic area. Many interesting detalis of the surrounding landmarks and Low Country history were presented. And, the refreshments and snacks were reasonable and good as well. I recommend this for any person from the area or visiting -- a lovely evening in Charleston. |

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the sunset sail and considered it the highlight of our trip to Charleston! The trip was comfortable and very relaxing. We left the harbor right on time and were offered beverages shortly after leaving. The views of the city and the sunset were amazing and the crew was very friendly and informative. This is something I would definitely recommend if you are planning a trip to Charleston. The boat did fill up quickly and the seating was first-come first-serve so it is good to get in line at least 30 minutes prior to leaving. |

Terrible customer service, the crew wanted to get you off the boat almost as soon as you got on. Drinks were overpriced and no narration whatsoever. Not worth the money. |

Views of Charleston from the water were amazing. Great date for a new or old couple, or family! The sunset was wonderful. It was really hot that day, but being on the water was very comfortable. I highly recommend it! Crew was very friendly! |

Wonderful experience. This was our 2nd sail on this schooner and it was as enjoyable as the first.. I would recommend this to others. There is nothing like a sail to round out one's vacation. |

The sunset cruise was a perfect ending to a day of sight seeing! The captain and crew saw to our every need and were great at meeting and making friends with their temporary crew. It was great to get a perpsective of the bay, see dolphins, and catch the breeze! |

Not much in the way of information from the crew, however, they were competent, friendly, and very eager to let the crew and children participate in the sailing of the vessel.
Weather was beautiful; next time we will take the night sail! |

Had set up the excursion weeks ahead as the last night of my wife's and my trip to Charleston. Received a call a couple of days before the tour telling me that the boat had been chartered the night of my reservation to a private group. Had to move up our appointment a day - requiring my having to move other reservations. The boat was then very crowded - essentially at capacity. Neat tour to take, but better if 40+ people aren't aboard. |

A lovely afternoon sail. First time on a tall ship....breathtaking! I'm hooked...can easily make this a favorite activity. The harbor and the wildlife were beautiful.
I would have loved to have done the sunset cruise as well but weather did not permit.
I would be interested in longer voyages if they become available.
