We enjoyed this activity greatly. The crew was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. The Captain and the crew were great, would highly recommend this to anyone who was going to do this. We had reservations for the sunset cruise, but the weather did not permit us going and we were able to reschedule for the following day at 11:00 AM. The weather was wonderful.

We went on the 11:00 to 1:00 cruise. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and were friendly.

Boring. There should be more said

The captain told us about a few things and then said that we should ask him any questions we wanted answered. He didn't tell us much about the river, unless we asked him. Most of the information was provided in response to our question. He didn't have a script of interesting facts to share.. Because there wasn't much of a wind we went very slowly under motor power. I wanted to bring my grandsons on the ship later on in the summer but feel the experience would be too boring for them.

The captain and the crew were very informed and gave us a good review of the history of the area. The schooner was beautiful and well maintained. I wish the trip could have been longer and we could have made it all the way to the Bay.

Great trip - we rode Serenity (vice Alliance) which was reserved exclusively for our 40th high school reunion group. Highlights: explaining the sails, letting folks participate as crew in getting under sail and, of course the canon shot.

We had a great time with the crew. Our children were interacting with them and we practically had the whole boat to ourselves. Would definitely recommend

This is a great experience, especially if you have never been on a sailing vessel. The Alliance is very steady and the Captain is knowledgeable about the area and the history. There was plenty of room to move around and you could help with raising the sails if you like. The other crew members were very friendly, especially the one who tended the galley since that is where most of the kids stayed and he had a lot of patience.

It was a wonderful two hour excursion. The three person crew readily talked to all, and answered any questions people had. They let us help raise the sails, and seemed to welcome discussion about the boat, the river, and the area in general. You felt welcome, and a part of their extended family. THANK YOU
