Yorktown Romantic Sunset Sails

We had a very nice time. The crew was great! The only negative thing is the seating. Cushions would have been a nice touch. The seats were very hard and uncomfortable with no back. Otherwise it was a nice way to celebrate a birthday.

MY WIFE AND I WERE DELIGHTED TO GO SUNSET SAILING WITH YOU. IT WAS INDEED A GREAT TREAT FROM MY WIFE FOR THIS WONDERFUL WEEDEND. THE WATER WAS GREAT, THE VIEW WAS EXCELLENT, THE SUN DID NOT STAY OUT LONG ENOUGH, HOWEVER, THE TRIP WAS GREAT. WE WOULD RECCOMMEND THE TRIP TO ANYONE WHO LOVES SAILING OR WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN SAILING BEFORE. AS A MATTER OF FACT WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR WHEN WE WILL TRY TO ENCOURAGE ALL OF THE FATHERS IN OUR FELLOWSHIP TO TAKE THE TRIP. WE WILL BE BACK. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT WE HAVE IS THAT THE TRIP WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH. THANKS A BUNCH FOR A WONDERFUL TRIP. THE KINGS

THE TRIP WAS FUN THOUGH TOO SHORT. IF YOUR LOOKING TO MAKE THIS A SURPRISE FOR A BIRTHDAY, ANNIVERSARY OR SOME OTHER SPECIAL OCCASSION, DON'T COUNT ON THE CREW TO HELP HELP YOU OUT BY DOING SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOU JUST ON THE MERE MENTION THAT IT'S A BIRTHDAY OR .... WOULD HAVE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY HERE AGAIN...

Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. A good strong wind so the sailing was great. A little rain on the way back but no one cared.

I thought this sailboat ride was very romantic. Not only was the view and ride peaceful and relaxing, but the staff was very accommodating!! I would absolutely do it again!!!

This is a great evening cruise on the York River. The crew was friendly and were glad to answer any questions about the boat and cruising. I would recommend this cruise. The ship was beautiful and very well kept.

We booked a cruise originally scheduled for 6/4/09, however due to an impending storm, Capt Greg notified us that it was cancelled and gave us the option to reschedule or get a refund. We rescheduled for Sunday and had a beautiful cruise. The weather was just perfect and resulted in a beautiful. Captn Greg was willing to share history of the area and just listening to him you can hear the passion in his voice for what he does. The crew even entertained us with their musical abilities. We had taken the cruise to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday and as a surprise they honored us by shooting off a cannon near the end of our trip, it was absolutely the best present she received for her birthday! Thanks again to the captain and crew for making this such a wonderful experience for us.

My wife & I closed our 1st wedding anniversary with this sunset sail, and we were not disappointed. The staff was great, scenery was great, and overall atmosphere was relaxing & romantic. Definitely worth the cost. Great date idea, but not real appropriate for kids as they will likely get bored.

Our original booking was cancelled due to weather issues and rescheduled. We were unable to obtain a refund and could not attend. Charges were applied to my credit card even though we did not attend.
