| Our guide Penny was most knowledgable and articulate. I especially enjoyed her presentation of historical information on both Seattle & the market. I would have enjoyed more information on the food and cooking. For example, we tasted cheese curds but Penny didn't go into how the curds are made and how they are turned into various cheeses. We tasted the rosmarino salami but could have learned more about how it was made. More interesting choices might have been made; for example a Swedish pastry rather than a chocolate (uncrisp) croissant. A stop at the piroshky place, especially since we could see them made, would have been a nice addition. | ||||||

| I wish I had taken this tour my first day in Seattle instead of my last day. What a great way to become acquainted with the fine eateries in the Bell Town and Pike Place Market areas. The samples were delicious and varied, providing something for all tastes, and the tour guide is knowledgeable not only about the food, but city and architectural history as well. Highly recommended for fun and good eats. | ||||||

| Our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun, the restaurants that we ate at were fun and the food was Great; our guide's interest in our tastes and what we wanted to know made us feel as though our questions were viable. She had a vast knowledge of the area and its inhabitants. The tour was well planned and coordinated, it was an easy walk dispite the hills of downtown Seattle. We have lived in the Seattle area for eighteen years and have a new appreciation for the Belltown area and some fun destinations to look forward to thanks to our Guide Bronwyn . We as a group would highly recommend this tour as a fun way to see and learn about a part of Seattle that we know so little about. From breakfast thru dessert it was a fun and filling escapade. | ||||||

| I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it; if you're visiting for a few days do it as soon as you get to Seattle, you'll get good tips about places to eat; nice tastings - no lunch needed afterwards like you said; very interesting historic background of Seattle. | ||||||

| The guide was nice enough, and well informed enough but the whole tour felt rushed and a bit scattered. We had TINY samples and for the cost of the tour, come on, give me more than one tablespoon of Gelato. Speaking of gelato the clerk there had a bit of an attitude. | ||||||

| This is a great way to become familiar with the market, learn it's history and introduce you to some tasty locations requiring second visits. Although I am an explorer, I probably would not have found these gems on my own, and the price is also great. | ||||||

| The tour guide knew interesting facts and details that greatly added to our knowledge of the Bell St. area . My husband and I have visited Seattle once a year for the past 20-25 years, so I thought we knew quite a bit about the Pike Place and its surrounding area. She only enhanced our appreciation of the cafes and restaurants in this location. The walk was paced perfectly. It was low key and the food was wonderful! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn a bit about the local food scene. | ||||||

| My mother, sister-in-law and I met for our first annual girls get-together and we decided to try this food tour as a way to get to know the Pike/Belltown area of Seattle better and to get ideas for places we would like to go out to eat. This was an awesome introduction. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We thought that our samples of food/drink would be small bites--but they were half sandwiches and cups of soup and an average small sized cup of great cappuccino and more--that was definitely a pleasant surprise. The food was wonderful. I cannot say enough. I wish that I lived closer to go on the evening food tour that I hear about. Next time, I guess! | ||||||

| My mom (visiting from Florida) and I decided to take part in the Seattle Walking Food Tour...and I am SO glad we did! Despite threatening clouds we met great people (the tour guide included) ate great food, and learned so much history about Belltown and the surrounding Seattle area. I'm sure each group dynamic gives for a little different experience, but I highly recommend (and have!) this tour. Enjoy! | ||||||

| This tour was recommended by a native Seattleite(?). And how glad we took her recommendation. It was great! Tour operator - Bronwyn, or Robin to the rest of us, was so interesting and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the walk and the history and especially the food! If we are back in Seattle - we would take it again. | ||||||

| The tour was the first thing I looked forward to when I got to Seattle. You would never think walking into Pike market that you would stop by any of the place that the tour led us to. The food was amazing and just enough for you to be satisfied. My friends and I bought a couple new interesting thing to bring back home and try. The truffle tasting was the best! We had a fun group and our tour guide Penny, she topped it off. She knew her stuff and a her food. Overall, it was a memorable experience. I would do it again. Don't forget to tip your tour guide, they deserve it. | ||||||

| My daughter in law and I joined the Friday morning tour with Carol. We started at a lovely little bakery, and ate our way across an informative and fun two+ hours. My daughter in law is 27 and lives in Seattle, I am from Portland; yet we had never heard of many of these restaurants. We tasted many delicious sample, learned about Belltown and Pike's history, and got helpful reviews of many fine and diverse restaurants. I highly recommend this tour for anyone. | ||||||
