| This was a great experience, especially if you love food and are open to trying a variety of it, and if you are from out of town and wanting to learn more about Seattle. The amount of food was perfect, enough to be a meal. The variety was also great...such as italian, to trying wine, to trying spanish appetizers, desserts, sushi, etc. During the tour, not only do you get to try different foods and learn about the restaurants you're at, but you also learn about restaurants you are passing by, other things to do while visiting seattle, and lastly learn about the history of seattle. This is highly recommended. Doing such tours on your first day in town is also recommended in order to give you ideas on what to do or what restaurants to go to on following days. | ||||||

| The tour was amazing. We booked it as something to do in Seattle and we were definitely impressed. Aside from the great food, our tour guide gave us a great background on the city of Seattle as well as the food scene. The tour had a great combination of food and a good variety. Via Tribunali was a great addition. | ||||||

| The tour was an overview and history of the market as well as specific suggestions about places to get all sorts of food. Our tour leader seemed to know many of the vendors at the market which made it a very personalized tour. We got a variety of food samples including crumpets, boutique salami, truffle cream, clam chowder and much, much more. We were pleasantly full when it was over, and felt we had had a lovely 2 1/2 hours. | ||||||

| The tour was the first thing I looked forward to when I got to Seattle. You would never think walking into Pike market that you would stop by any of the place that the tour led us to. The food was amazing and just enough for you to be satisfied. My friends and I bought a couple new interesting thing to bring back home and try. The truffle tasting was the best! We had a fun group and our tour guide Penny, she topped it off. She knew her stuff and a her food. Overall, it was a memorable experience. I would do it again. Don't forget to tip your tour guide, they deserve it. | ||||||

| I really enjoyed the food tour. The restaurants were interesting and it's great to find out where are the good places to eat. The tour guide provided lots of interesting information, both about the restaurants and about Belltown itself. I would definitely recommend this tour to others! | ||||||

| this tour was wonderful, interesting, fun, delectable. Just make sure you don't have plans immediately afterward, it would have been nice to have a 2nd glass of wine at the last stop. | ||||||

| My 3 friends and I had a wonderful time on the Pike's Place Food Tour. Penny was an awesome guide. She was so enthusiastic and very enjoyable to be around. She was also full of information and you could tell she had great relationships with the vendors whose businesses we visited. The sample's were delicious. One of my friends had the suggestion of having the dessert samples later after the other samples. Also, one suggestion @ The Crumpet Shop would be to ask people on the tour if they would prefer their crumpet's w/o honey. Other than that the tour is highly recommended. Penny was the best!!! | ||||||

| My husband and I (who have lived in Seattle 6+ years) signed up to take this tour with a friend who was visiting from Chicago. The reason we were motivated is because she wanted to try a bunch of different restaurants, and we wanted specifically to try some of the newer restaurants scheduled to be on the tour. We really enjoyed it; the food was really good, the company was great and the bit of history thrown in along the way from the guide was really interesting and worthwhile. It's a walking tour so you get to walk through downtown/belltown a bit which is nice (depending on the weather) and the amount of food/wine you get for the price is fair--you'd spend the same on a dinner at a nice restaurant with wine, etc. Try it! It was fun! You get to speak to a few of the chefs and learn what inspires them, where they get their produce, etc, and meet some nice out-of-towners! | ||||||

| I guess I was expecting too much...I had the Chicago food tour and it was FANTASTIC. Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest and LOVING the MARKET I had too high of expectations. The tour food was good and the market sparkled...the guide was cute but no history except to show a row of photos on public display...I just felt let down. The wine shop owner was the high-light - he made us feel like 'family'. The tour ended at the Pink Door...with us facing a cement wall and the beautiful sunny Puget Sound behind us... somewhere...(where the REAL guests of the restaurant could see it..it was 2:30 and they made us feel 2nd class!) I would take a different tour company and try again next time I'm back across the country just because I KNOW and love the market and all that it has to offer!...sad they didn't really show the market (only one great deli and 1 vendor stall-she said the market was too busy(?!) the tour was more of shops around it...she also didn't say if there were discounts b/c of the tour or have coupons or something so you could go back...I just didn't think they gave it 100%. | ||||||

| It was our first time to Seattle and we thought this would be a great way to get a small taste of the market area and we were right! Our guide was friendly and knowledgable. The food samples were wonderful! I would highly recommend this tour for other visitors to Seattle. | ||||||

| We were a little hesitant, because we don't consider ourselves the typical "touristy" types, but the tour turned out great, the leader (Penny), made everyone feel welcome and involved, and we all left with some great memories and new knowledge of Pike Place Market... not to mention some very satisfied bellies! | ||||||
