Segway of Hawaii has been featured on numerous travel shows in Japan, the US mainland, and Canada.
The Segway Personal Transporter (PT), invented by Segway LLC in New Hampshire, is a safe, smart and environmentally friendly transportation device. The Segway PT has the potential to alleviate congestion and pollution throughout Hawaii, not to mention, it's a unique, fun way to see the Honolulu area!

Experience the fun of riding a Segway PT and the many scenic pathways of the renowned Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa on Waikiki Beach!
For the full Segway experience, you can choose the 70 minute tour. Or, if you just want a taste, you can also take the 40 minute version.
Each tour begins with a 30-minute personalized training session by our expert Segway guides where instructions are a breeze as you effortlessly learn to glide your very own Segway Personal Transporter (PT). Following the training, you'll have an additional 40 or 10 minutes (depending on which version you purchase) to put apply your new skills while gliding around the private grounds of the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
During this Segway PT introduction, you’ll:
- Learn the about how the Segway PT provides the transportation of tomorrow – today!
- Experience the environmentally-friendly way to see the sights and sounds of Waikiki and Honolulu.
- Glide along the private beach path of Hilton Hawaiian Village (70 minute tour only)
- Experience it all with the whole family! This tour allows anyone 14 and older to enjoy and learn more about the Segway experience!
We provide a guide for every 3 - 5 guests and limit our groups to 12 -15 participants.
