| Our Segway tour of Santa Barbara was very enjoyable. We were joined by a couple about our age from upstate NY, and we had a very good time together.
Our tour guide, who grew up in the area, was very personable, knew the area and it's history, and made the two hour ride much fun.
I'm sure we will return for the longer S.B. Mission tour, and will definitely recommend this to friends and family. |

| Segway tour was wonderful. Historic aspect of the tour would have been better if I had more knowledge of the city. |

| The Segways are totally cool... takes a little while to get the hang of it but the instructor was very patient and attentive. The tour was great but driving the Segway was the high point. Definitely take a tour the first time so you can understand how the Segways work. Also, if you have a mishap the tour guide is there to help you. This is an opportunity for teens to drive a vehicle even if they are not licensed. Though I laid it down once (it only hurt a little) I loved it and would do it again in any city... Wish I had one for tooling around the neighborhood, but then I'd never get any exercise. My daughter had a great time too, and the instructor was nice enough to take a quick video (our camera) so we'd have something to look back on. I recommend this activity! |

| My wife had taken the son of some Swiss friends of ours on this tour last year. They had such a blast that when my nephew was visiting us from Oxy, we decided to treat him to the tour too. This was my and his first time, and it was more fun than humans should be allowed to have. It is very easy to pick up how to operate it (5 minutes max). Within about fifteen minutes it felt like we were born with a Segway between our feet. It is that intuitive. It was a great way to visit the town of Santa Barbara. There are places that you can go with it that you would not even dream of. Our guide made sure that everyone was riding safe and gave us a great tour of some of the hidden and not so hidden architectural gems of downtown Santa Barbara. All and all, a great way to spend a couple of hours trying out some new (or not so new) technology.
Thanks SB Segway. |

| This is something I would definitely do with future out-of-town guests. It was kept interesting between points by the segway riding - fun in and of itself - and our guide shared different information than the usual so that even a local would probably learn something about Santa Barbara. We had a blast! |

| The experience we had is something we won't soon forget and we are even considering buying a couple of Segway's from SegwaySB. We thought the tour far exceeded our expectation and the guide was a very nice, thoughtful and knowlegeable person. He seemed very excited about his work and deserves success. I think that if given the chance many others would take this tour if they only knew. Santa Barbara was wonderful. He even suggested a restaurant for us and it was also great. What a view of the marina and mountains. Thanks ever so much for making it a special time. We have contined to talk about it days after.

| We greatly enjoyed our Segway tour. The machines were in excellent working condition, and very easy to use. Our guide was a veritable FOUNT of knowledge about Santa Barbara and not only could point out the major touristy places, but took us to some smaller attractions we would have otherwise missed.
And then to top it off, the company owner provided us with some fantastic local options for dinner and wine.
I can't recommend this enough. When we come back to Santa Barbara, we will definitely be doing this again. |

| My only criticism is the webside promotion. You say there can be no changes of schedule except for weather, and then only a credit for a future tour, and no refunds allowed. I almost decided against the tour because I felt the policies too rigid. IF THE TOUR OPERATOR CANCELLS THE TOUR BECAUSE OF WEATHER OR ANY REASON, A FULL REFUND IS IN ORDER. It is unreasonable to think that I would return at a later date. I live 350 miles from Santa Barbara. |

| My husband and I went on a segway tour of Downtown Santa Barbara. It was so much fun! There was a hands-on training for the first half hour, which gave us both confidence. Then we had a great tour with an interesting tour guide. Segways are a lot of fun! They were easy to learn to ride. I would highly recommend both the segways and the Segway tour. |

| The tour started with individual training on the Segway i2, which my wife picked up quite rapidly (I already had an hour in St Petersburg, Florida the week before) and then we were off, gently at first, up State Street toward the old center of the town. Our guide was friendly, informative, and always polite to the pedestrians we passed - he had to remind one motorist that he shouldn't do a right on red right into us, we were in the bicycle lane with a green light-but perhaps that's how that gentleman treated cyclists too! Then off the main street and into the ancient center - on streets, through alleyways and at one point right through an indoor passageway! - the ease of control and ability to not annoy the walkers was great. The downtown parks, so well explained, history as well as botany, and a bit of "all-terrain" across the park. The 2 1/2 hours were over all too soon. A really fun way to see more of a town up close, without the problem of walking at the pace of the slowest in the group. Only downer - Segway Santa Barbara has an insurance policy that insists on helmets being worn. That needs to be changed to one where you can sign a waiver, as they have in Florida - the helmet was tougher and heavier than the ones used even for horse riding - uncomfortable, unnecessary (the Segway is so easy to control and stop) and intrusive. |
