| This is something I would definitely do with future out-of-town guests. It was kept interesting between points by the segway riding - fun in and of itself - and our guide shared different information than the usual so that even a local would probably learn something about Santa Barbara. We had a blast! | ||||||

| We greatly enjoyed our Segway tour. The machines were in excellent working condition, and very easy to use. Our guide was a veritable FOUNT of knowledge about Santa Barbara and not only could point out the major touristy places, but took us to some smaller attractions we would have otherwise missed. And then to top it off, the company owner provided us with some fantastic local options for dinner and wine. I can't recommend this enough. When we come back to Santa Barbara, we will definitely be doing this again. | ||||||

| My only criticism is the webside promotion. You say there can be no changes of schedule except for weather, and then only a credit for a future tour, and no refunds allowed. I almost decided against the tour because I felt the policies too rigid. IF THE TOUR OPERATOR CANCELLS THE TOUR BECAUSE OF WEATHER OR ANY REASON, A FULL REFUND IS IN ORDER. It is unreasonable to think that I would return at a later date. I live 350 miles from Santa Barbara. | ||||||

| I had always wanted to experience riding a Segway, but this tour was beyond our expectations. It only takes a few minutes to learn to ride a Segway -- even for my not-so-coordinated wife. Santa Barbara is a very Segway-friendly town, so the tour took us not only down streets and sidewalks, but also through historic buildings and garden trails. You could see how jealous the other tourists were! The guide has great knowledge of this beautiful city of hills and history. | ||||||

| Segways are very easy to learn in 10-15 minutes. The technology is marvelous. It gives you precise control to move through even crowds of pedestrians. | ||||||

| With patient instructors and a few minutes of practice, we were on our way to an hour and half of fun in the sun. Santa Barbara is a great town to explore on a segway. There's plenty to do and see and the time went quickly. The reservation system was quick and easy, the place is centrally located and it was a great experience. I would definitely do this again. | ||||||

| The Segways are totally cool... takes a little while to get the hang of it but the instructor was very patient and attentive. The tour was great but driving the Segway was the high point. Definitely take a tour the first time so you can understand how the Segways work. Also, if you have a mishap the tour guide is there to help you. This is an opportunity for teens to drive a vehicle even if they are not licensed. Though I laid it down once (it only hurt a little) I loved it and would do it again in any city... Wish I had one for tooling around the neighborhood, but then I'd never get any exercise. My daughter had a great time too, and the instructor was nice enough to take a quick video (our camera) so we'd have something to look back on. I recommend this activity! | ||||||

| I highly recommend the segway tours, a great machine which is very intuitive to your body movements, great to explore santa barbara with. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second day to rent them again. We only wished that the folks that worked there would have been willing to work with us on the price since we did book thier most expensive tour on the previous day, but they wouldnt prorate or give us a break. Pretty stingy! The staff was pretty knowledgable and friendly with the exception of one lady (whom I believe is the owners wife) that snapped at us a couple of times. Once for asking if they would prorate if we didnt return exactly on the hour and another when we came back and she notified us that we werent allowed to go on the main street downtown. Not very good customer service! But other than that the experience was very enjoyable and I will definently be looking forward to riding a segway again. | ||||||

| We rented the Segways for about an hour and half, and after a quick 10 minute lesson we were off! We had so much fun riding along the bike bath of the beach... passing runners and families on large bikes. HIGHLY recommend for anyone to try. Simple to learn and lots of fun. | ||||||

| WHAT A GREAT MACHINE. IT WAS QUICK AND EASY TO LEARN. I THINK ANYONE AT ANY AGE COULD DO IT. IT IS DEFINATELY AN "E" TICKET RIDE, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. IT GIVES THE SENSATION OF SNOW SKIING DURING THE TURNS AND FLOATING ABOVE THE GROUND. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SEE SANTA BARBARA. THE INSTRUCTORS WERE GREAT AND GAVE SOME INTERESTING INFORMATION ABOUT THE SANTA BARBARA AREA. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY NEXT TRIP. THANKS FOR A GREAT AFTERNOON! | ||||||

| Our group rides motorcycles, making the training on the Segway very easy to learn. We were up and doing figure-eights and no-hands riding in less than 10 minutes. The Segway was so easy to manuever and ride along the streets. It was a blast being on it for the first time. Only opportunity for improvment, is providing more direction on where you can ride for an hour. We rode the bike path along the beach (in both directions) twice, and still had lots of time to see other things. With limitations on where you can ride the Segway on the streets, we were unsure of where to go safely. Next time we may want to take one of the organized tours so we can go onto city streets and see more of the sights. This was a great way to spend an hour or so having fun in Santa Barbara. | ||||||

| A very fun experience. Easy to learn and then you are off and enjoying the great coastal views. What could be better than a breeze in your face, sun overhead and a return to the fun of your your first bike without the pedaling. Our group of 4 guys had a great time. | ||||||
