| The Segway machine is at least half the fun of the tour, and the tour was fabulous. Its such a user-friendly and practical vehicle, I was wishing we had them when we visited other cities along the California coast. | ||||||

| I would (actually I plan to) do this again. The novelty of riding the segway was worth the price by itself. Adding a personalized tour of Santa Barbara was even better. Our guede was friendly and informative. We got a chance to see some beautiful homes and gardens that alone we would not have seen. We also got to learn some of the history of the area and see the mission and the beautiful view from there. We are resort operators in the palm springs area and we suggest things for guests to do and see all the time. This is definately on our list of great ways to spend a day. | ||||||

| We're a group of active seniors. It was scary at first - sure we'd tip over, but Jerry was patient and understanding at teaching us and by 10 minutes into the tour we felt like pros. We enjoyed seeing the sights and hearing the history but the most fun was just riding and finding out what the "scooters" could do. | ||||||

| We had an outstanding experience. Trish did an excellent job teaching us how to ride the Segways. We took an extensive tour of the SB beach area. We called back to the rental site with a question and got prompt results. The Segways are easy to master and a joy to ride. We were so impressed that we also took a guided tour of the city two days later. Jerry (our tour guide) introduced us to many aspects of SB that are only known to locals. Our only regret was that it was the last day of our vacation. We have a long list of places we want to visit on our next trip to the area. | ||||||

| I took my wife for segway rides for her birthday, and I must say that it was incredibly enjoyable. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The segways were not too difficult to get the hang of. I would reccomend this for friends family members roomates...whatever. The price is right too! | ||||||

| The experience we had is something we won't soon forget and we are even considering buying a couple of Segway's from SegwaySB. We thought the tour far exceeded our expectation and the guide was a very nice, thoughtful and knowlegeable person. He seemed very excited about his work and deserves success. I think that if given the chance many others would take this tour if they only knew. Santa Barbara was wonderful. He even suggested a restaurant for us and it was also great. | I gave the Segway 1 1/2 hour Free Glide as a Christmas gift to my neices (age 17 - 24) and brother (age 46). The six of us received a 1/2 hour of very thorough training - we were split into two groups so the instruction was very individualized. Learning how to ride the Segway was nearly as much fun as the 1 hour ride along the beachside bike path. It was a great activity for our family - the girls liked it better than a gift card or stuff they don't really need! We can't wait to go again! | ||||||

| We drove up to Santa Barbara from LA for a couple days away from big city life.....and were looking for something different to do while there. We found Segway of Santa Barbara, and could not recommend them enough! The owners were very friendly and helpful, and our tour was a truly unique way to see some of the sights of Santa Barbara. We will definitely be back with friends! | ||||||

| Trish and Jerry are great teachers - they make learning the technique fun and easy. they are also appropriately cautious about traffic and obstacles which is reassuring. the tour itself was fascinating. they're quite informative. all 4 of us (ages 15 to 52) loved it and highly recommend it. | ||||||

| This was a really fun and educational thing to do! I'm a big fan of alternative transportation, and $40 was a good deal to learn a lot about how the Segways work, and be able to go anywhere I wanted for another hour. I did not realize that the balancing would take tai-chi-like concentration, but that turned out to be a good thing -- the ride was actually exercise! | ||||||

| Segway is such a fun and exciting machine to ride on. Jerry, our tour guide was very humor and knowledgable of santa barbara history. I would definite recommend going on the segway tour. Only thing I would point out to Jerry is that, during the tour, we didn't really go through Historic Stearn's Wharf. | ||||||

| Our group consisted of adults and teens. All of us were very interested to try out a Segway, and many of us were new to Santa Barbara. The tour was a fun combination of finding out about Segways and Santa Barbara. We learned to ride in a few minutes, and improved our technique as we traveled along. The people we passed on the street were friendly and cooperative. The guide was knowledgeable with a few facts about everything he took us to see, but without overwhelming us with stuff we would instantly forget. Lots of places unknown to me (a Santa Barbara resident) were visited as well as the standard tourist spots. Everybody was very glad to have had the experience. | ||||||

| Imagine yourself moving around town without much effort. If you like to be on display, you'll certainly get the attention with the segway. We enjoyed the 3 hour tour of the Santa Barbara missions. The half hour training is a definite must, including the video instructions of do's and don'ts. The true test begins while you're on the road. We thought it was best to have the tour guide...it's much more fun and we got to really enjoy the sites. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job in training and building our confidence! J, R & E | ||||||

| Seqways are fun. It's as simple as that. My wife and I drove up for the day from Los Angeles. We had never ridden one before and were able to pick it up extremely quickly thanks to the expert training. We took the Segways out just for an hour on our own (as opposed to a guided tour). We drove along the beach and it could not have been more beautiful. The renters and guides are extremely friendly and knowledgable. I'm sure the guided tours are great. We'll definitely do it again and probably bring friends and family. | ||||||
