| The Segways were fun to ride, and only took about 5-10 minutes to get used to operating. Our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The tour filled the entire two hours and was worth every penny. I highly recommend this activity for families, friends, and dates. |

| My two out-of-town friends enjoyed the experience as much as I did. What a great way to see our City! I was SO surprised that mastering the Segway was a cinch!! Special thanks to Tony for being such a knowledgable guide. TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT! |

| It was a great duel experience riding a Segway and having a great tour of Richmond. Jeff was accommodating and adapted the tour to our interests.
Highly recommend it. |

| Having tried a Segway ride in Washington DC at night and LOVED it, I was determined to get my husband on a ride in Richmond. The opportunity came when a good friend visited from San Diego. The three of us are in our 60s and not exactly "jocks!" We had a fabulous time, even though it was very cold and windy. It is truly easy to learn, and our tour guide, Jeff, did a great job of teaching us. We'll definitely be back with other visitors and for other tours. Try it; you'll LOVE IT!! |

| Lots of concerns before taking the tour the least being that all of us would not be able to ride the Segway. You can imagine our surprise when 15 minutes later all of us...even the most unathletic, were riding well while cautiously. Then a few blocks later we all became "experts" and began enjoying the tour.
Some of us had lived near Richmond and visited on a regular basis. We personally thought that we could provide an exciting tour ourselves without the need of the guide...but to our surprise we were wrong. Riding throughout the Capitol area we wondered in and out of spots that few tourists would or could see in the two hour tour.time limit...it would taken at least we week. The tour guide was full of interesting tidbits about the city as well as its historical significance.
It was an exciting enjoyable two hours... |

| I always enjoy visiting historic Richmond whenever I come to visit my daughter at UR but my recent Segway tour was probably the best 2-hour tour I have had to date.
Our guides were extremely safety conscious, patient, enthusiastic and well informed about local history. Our brief tour covered many famous sites including the VA state capital but had some excellent lesser known stops such as the Museum of the Confederacy which I will return to visit.
The on-line registration was easy but it’s best to CALL and confirm the actual departure site anyway. Mine was switched from the Richmond Visitor Center printed on my E-ticket to the Segway store on Cary Street. Also, consider adding the historic Jefferson Hotel to your tour route if time permits.
Segway of Richmond is great – I like the way you roll!

| My wife and I came to VA for our 20th anniversary, and when we saw a Segway tour in Richmond, we had to jump at the chance. Our tour was not scheduled for later in the day, so Chad provided us with excellent ideas on where to sight see in Richmond. He recommended the historical Hollywood Cemetery which did not disappoint.
Because it was a slow day, we were the only two on the tour. Jeff, our guide, provided an excellent tour. His knowledge of Richmond history combined with his overall passion for history was evident in his amazing descriptions and stories. He was humorous, friendly, knowledgeable, and he made the tour interesting and fun.
We highly recommend Guided Segway Tour of Historic Richmond, and will absolutely do it again the next time we are in Richmond.
Thanks for being a part of a wonderful 20th anniversary!!! |

| My soon to be 50 year old husband ( this was his birthday surprise) , my two sons age 20 and 21, and I ( 55 y/o mom) can’t wait to go back. All 4 of us enjoyed the segway tour very much. We went on Sunday evening from 6-8 so it was dark when it ended…WE LOVED EVERY BIT OF the TOUR..Ending in the city lights was a special treat. The guide was an excellent instructor and history teacher. I think I was the most apprehensive ...but the instructor put me at ease, allowed me the time I needed to feel comfy on the Segway and off we went! THANK YOU for the education and more importantly for the SEGWAY FUN. We will be back again. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, but the ticket buying process was was such a pain that I almost didn't follow through with the purchase.
Zerve, you need to make it EASY for someone to arrange a tour. The fact that I had to pay $2.00 extra per ticket for the Zerve "service" really left a bad taste in my mouth! |
