| The Segways were fun to ride, and only took about 5-10 minutes to get used to operating. Our guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The tour filled the entire two hours and was worth every penny. I highly recommend this activity for families, friends, and dates. |

| My two out-of-town friends enjoyed the experience as much as I did. What a great way to see our City! I was SO surprised that mastering the Segway was a cinch!! Special thanks to Tony for being such a knowledgable guide. TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT! |

| My soon to be 50 year old husband ( this was his birthday surprise) , my two sons age 20 and 21, and I ( 55 y/o mom) can’t wait to go back. All 4 of us enjoyed the segway tour very much. We went on Sunday evening from 6-8 so it was dark when it ended…WE LOVED EVERY BIT OF the TOUR..Ending in the city lights was a special treat. The guide was an excellent instructor and history teacher. I think I was the most apprehensive ...but the instructor put me at ease, allowed me the time I needed to feel comfy on the Segway and off we went! THANK YOU for the education and more importantly for the SEGWAY FUN. We will be back again. |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, but the ticket buying process was was such a pain that I almost didn't follow through with the purchase.
Zerve, you need to make it EASY for someone to arrange a tour. The fact that I had to pay $2.00 extra per ticket for the Zerve "service" really left a bad taste in my mouth! |

| We took a Segway tour for a birthday celebration . Our group consisted of four adults in their 40's and three 14 y/o's.Everybody had a great time! The Segways were easy to ride and a great way to see historic sites in the city. Jeff, our tour guide, was patient and calm during the Segway operation instruction as well as very knowledgeable and articulate during the tour. We're planning to do the Hollywood Cemetary tour in the future. |

| My wife and I celebrated her birthday with a Segway tour of Richmond. Our guide was awesome, the Segways are easy to operate, and we learned a lot about Richmond while having a blast. I highly recommend trying this out - you won't regret it! |

| Our leader, Grant, was so wonderful to work with. He taught us to ride quickly and efficiently, he was excited about Richmond beauty and history. He made two hours disappear too quickly! We loved him and the journey. |

| We enjoyed a great afternoon and highly recommend! I will admit I was a bit tentative, non-athlete that I am, but quickly found myself zipping along the tour. Although we know much about Richmond, there were a few many nuggets of information shared. We are planning on taking another tour soon! |
