My mother, aunt, daughter and I took the insider tour this week. We were stopping in New York on our way to college tours. We all had a great time, but my 17 year old looked like she won the lottery. She couldn't quit beaming. Her younger sisters are already planning "their trip" when they're seniors. Going to the designer's show rooms added to the fun. Would do this again any time I had a chance to visit New York. Highly recommended. |

My teenage daughter and I had a great deal of fun and found equal values. She was skeptical of the tour and ended up enjoying it tremendously. We found some great deals and unique items. Adreanne our tour guide was wonderful! |

Our tour guide, Adrienne was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. We went to studios selling outerwear, shoes, some kids clothing, dressy items, awesome accesories from kids hair ties to headbands to earrings, necklaces and beautiful silver and jeweled hair clips. Also we went to a studio/store selling cosmetics. Some of the studios had quite a few items for us to buy others only had one rack or two which didn't make it as appealing to some....depends on what you are looking for I guess. It was a lot of walking so do wear comfortable shoes and you are able to try things on so wear clothes you can easily change out of or try on over your own clothes. I was glad I took the tour and would recommend it. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Garment District. It was just as promised, and the showrooms and sample sales had something for everyone. Prices were excellent, and I felt we more than saved our ticket price. It was an excellent value.
Our group was very small, which gave us more flexibility. Although there was a lot of walking, it was nothing unusual for a New York visit. Our tour guide was informed and friendly; we really enjoyed her.
I would highly recommend this tour for shoppers, and would take it again myself. |

Julie was an awesome tour guide...a natural! I was hesitant to book the tour because I knew nothing about it. I finally took the risk and signed up. It was worth the money and time we spent. I would definitely recommend it if you like to shop and have an interest in style. |

I was really excited about this tour, but it seems there wasn't much. You can easily walk around Fashion Avenue and there are lots of people handing out brochures on sample sales going on at the time. You could also probably hop online and figure it all out yourself. There were a couple of showrooms we visited, but not much stock. Most people hardly bought anything, and the pics on the tour webpage are definitely misleading. |

My grown daughter and I loved every minute of the Garment Center tour. The guide provided us with excellent history of the garment district. We were taken to both manufacturers and sample sales. At one stop we even met the designer. We have been to NY many times and this was a different experience that we will always remember. While sample sales had clothes in all sizes, most clothes were from 2-10 with a small selection in 12 and 14. But there were handbags, costume jewelry and cosmetics, so there was really something for everyone. Although we each bought several lovely things, this would have been fun even if we hadn't bought a thing. |

We enjoyed our trip, it was very interesting seeing a side of the fashion industry that isn't usually open to the public. My 13 year-old daughter says it was her favorite part or her trip! I would definitely recommend a good pair of walking shoes and leaving the guys at home or at the hotel for this one. |
