A great way to get into the NY Shopping groove |

I recently took my daughters (18 and 15) to New York for their first visit. Whilst I knew the general areas to go (Soho etc), I had no ideas of the specifics of individual stores. The Shop Gotham guide, Adrienne, quickly zoomed in on the girl's tastes and wish list, and took us to a succession of interesting stores. After a couple of hours my partner and I were able to collapse into a restaurant leaving the girls in Adrienne’s capable hands. My daughters are now proven Big Apple Shoppers (although my wallet is somewhat lighter!)

My daughter and her friends enjoyed our private shopping tour in Soho. Our tour guide Julie was terrific. She found stores that the girls loved. We finished with yummy cupcakes! Great idea for a sixteenth birthday. |

I thoroughly enjoyed my private shopping tour with Halle. Halle has great taste, fabulous style and is so much fun to shop with - an excellent guide. She picked the best spots for us to shop (based on my pre-tour questionnaire)...and I found the perfect something in almost every store! I would thoroughly recommend a private shopping tour if you have limited time in the city and want to experience more than just 5th Ave & Madison. |

Wonderful tour that provided my wife and I an opportunity to shop in hidden areas of the city that we would have never ventured to on our own.
The guide was outstanding and really took the time to share with us history about the city, details about where to dine, how to navigate the city, and much more. She was very fashion savy and took the time to understand what we wanted before venturing into stores or boutiques that were of no intrest to us.
Highly recommended for those seeking an off the beaten track shopping experience. Get out of mid town and let the guide show you the heart of New York City shopping and fashion. A must for the first time visitor...
We were most impressed with how little pressure there is to buy anything from the boutiques and galleries we visited.
We will certainly be back for another trip and certainly ask for an extended length tour. |

Fabulous time with wonderful people...very highly recommended and great fun. We wouldn't have found such bargains or age appropriate shops without all the help from Halle....she was incredible. Marla did a super job of arranging our shopping tour for us.

Halle, our tour guide, was punctual, pleasant and very attentive to what we were interested in. She was extremely knowledgable of the various stores and shops and took us to what we were interested in.
This is our second shopgotham tour. We took the Greenwich Village tour last year and LOVED it!!!

My niece and I are were not familar with New York City - so this service was great because we were able to go to specific stores and outlets that fit our shopping taste. Our guide, Halle, was knowledgeable and personable. My niece is 16, so shopping for clothes is trying as she is very particular about what she wears. I was impressed with how Halle was able to tune into my niece's clothing preferences and take us to stores that my niece just loved!
Great experience, I recommend it to anyone that wants to shop New York but doesn't know where to go or how to move around the city. |

This turned out to be a better than I could have ever imagined idea for my daughter's Sweet 16 Party. We arranged for a private shopping tour of Soho/Nolita for about 18 girls and everyone of them had an incredible time. The tour guides, Halle and Molly, were wonderful and really focused in on the girls interests. They took the girls to so many fabulous stores that they would have never known about and all within their budget. Besides having such a fun shopping experience, the girls came away with great memories and a real familiarity for that part of the City. Something that will outlast even the best bargains of the day. Big or small this is a great group activity. |

I took my daughter and 3 of her friends for her 13th birthday. They had a great time. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to do something different while in NYC. We plan to return to the hot spots that our tour guide took us on when we return to NYC. It was worth it. |
