The tour was intended for the trendy New Yorker, not someone looking for shopping fun. The tour should have specified that information. If I would have been looking for upscale shops I would have hired a limo to drive me, not engaged in a walking tour of shops for "size 2" shoppers. My friends and I left the tour early and ventured out on our own and had more fun. I do not need a snobby New Yorker to lead me around thinking they are teaching me style and fashion.

My daughter and I were lucky that there were just the two of us on this tour so we were able to customise it for ourselves. We saw many parts of New York that we would not normally have found on our own, especially in the four days that we were there. Our guide took us to many different stores which included a chocolate making shop and a rice pudding store - this was delicious and I normally hate rice pudding. We also found a wonderful school which housed many new clothes and jewellery designers showing their wares, we spent a short time there with our guide and even managed to find our own way back on our own and bought many unusual gifts - the tour is definitely worth going on, Lesley and Charlotte UK

This was very fun! Molly was awesome! This is good to get information about where some great shops are and then to go there afterwards, because you won't have much time while on the tour. This is to be as expected as they have many stops. The only downfall was that the young designers market was closed since we went on a Friday and I was expecting it to be open. If I would've known, I would've gone on Saturday instead. Overall, it's a good time!

Had a great time. Our guide was informative and had wealth of knowledge of the area and great tips. Highly recommend for those that aren't familiar with the area to get insider's knowledge of the area.

Christine was an excellent tourguide. She provided personal stories in regards to the stores, she knew a ton of information about the designers, shopkeepers, restaurants, architecture, history. She was also very personable and funny. She made the tour 100% worthwhile. It was almost too much to absorb in 2 hours, but we got in as much as we absoultely could and then we spent the rest of the afternoon going back to stores.

i actually enjoyed my self and will say what i saw others write and that is you truly need more than two hours to fully enjoy this tour. the guide was well imformed and did her best to cater to everyone in the group for instance if you were done browsing she pointed you into the right direction of the next place we were going to.. instead of just waiting fro everone to be done.. i accompnaied my girlfrined as this was one of her many birthday gifts and i felt it was not at all painless. i actually would recommend it for a mothers day gift or just hanging with the girls..

Our Soho Shopping Tour with Molly was great! I took the tour with my daughters, niece, sisters and mother. We all enjoyed getting to see the variety of shops. We returned to many of the stores from the tour later that afternoon, so I'd advise having time for additional shopping. More coupons or discounts would have been appreciated. We would also have liked a map and coupon for each individual, rather than for the group. It was hard to share when we divided into smaller groups later in the day. I would recommend this tour to friends.

If you want to find the best places to shop, you gotta take the tour! Our guide Christina was great! Discounts offered and great finds! Not just store info, but history and great places to eat (try the Prince Cafe on Prince street; WE Loved IT). We even had serveral New Yorkers on the tour so they could be "in-the-know" on the newest-best places to shop/eat. Our tour didn't even end at a store but with the Young Designer's Market, out of a school gym, there were so many talented people, just waiting to be discovered. We bought from PASTE for my teenage son (boarder dude/dudette stuff) and another lady (who didn't have a card) for my teenage daughter. We did go back to several stores to make purchases: Min.k , TE CASAN; Yellow Rat Bastard and even BLoomingdales. But you need to take the tour 'cause there are too many great places to mention. You'll be so glad you did!
