| My sister, 14 year old daughter and I took the Soho/Nolita tour led by Christina on our recent girls weekend to NYC. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.
It was AWESOME!! We visited or window shopped boutiques and stores that we would not have experienced without the tour. My daughter got to "model" a skirt in one of the boutiques for the group which was such a kick for her. We sampled chocolate and went into a taxidermy store that had fossils and all kinds of unique stuff. Christina is knowledgable about the architecture and history of the area so it was more than "just" shopping education!
There was lots of stores and territory to cover in a short 2 and a half hours and the time flew by.
Thank you Christina and Gotham City tours!!!! Have recommended you to all my friends. |

| I had an amazing time in just two hours learning about the history of the area, what the hot restaurants are, and best yet where to shop!!! I thought the tour guide did a good job of looking at the ages of everyone, and finding shops that were appropriate. Our guide was very professional, and I next time I go to NYC, I would do another tour again!!! |

| It was very interesting and well worth the time. The trip delivered all that it promised. I would suggest that since people on the trip might need to coordinate with others that the end point of the trip be published and end within 15 minutes of the posted time. (Posted for Suzanne Courtney.) |

| Our guide, Christina, was absolutely a wealth of information, and pretty much the only reason I am giving this 4 stars rather than 5 is that because of the size of our tour group, it was tough to actually spend much time shopping. We began in SoHo and one of the wonderful aspects of the tour was that while we were getting a great education on the top shops in the area, we were also getting a nice explanation of the history and the architecture of the SoHo and NoLita areas.
A couple of the standouts were the visit to Vosges chocolate (oh yes, chocolate AND shopping? I'm there!), learning gossipy tidbits about which celebrities live where in the area, the Pearl River Mart and Ina. I really enjoyed our shopping tour and loved our guide, Christina. |

| I loved the tour- the Tour Guide was great and the tidbits she gave about the neighborhood were really cool. I loved the stores we went into, and i liked the discounts that were good for the whole day! |

| We enjoyed the tour. Danelle was a great tour.
Weather was not good and a lot of walking. She tried very hard to please all age group.
I would recommend doing a food tour in a smaller area. More time inside and not as great walking in the snow. |

| The tour was intended for the trendy New Yorker, not someone looking for shopping fun. The tour should have specified that information. If I would have been looking for upscale shops I would have hired a limo to drive me, not engaged in a walking tour of shops for "size 2" shoppers. My friends and I left the tour early and ventured out on our own and had more fun. I do not need a snobby New Yorker to lead me around thinking they are teaching me style and fashion. |

| My daughter and I were lucky that there were just the two of us on this tour so we were able to customise it for ourselves. We saw many parts of New York that we would not normally have found on our own, especially in the four days that we were there. Our guide took us to many different stores which included a chocolate making shop and a rice pudding store - this was delicious and I normally hate rice pudding. We also found a wonderful school which housed many new clothes and jewellery designers showing their wares, we spent a short time there with our guide and even managed to find our own way back on our own and bought many unusual gifts - the tour is definitely worth going on, Lesley and Charlotte UK |
