| I was thinking this would be more fun then it was. With 6 people it was too difficult to look around and make decisions as you knew other people were waiting to leave. The places visited were okay, but probably not any stores that I would go back to on a return visit to New York.
Our tour guide was good but I think I could have found a more enjoyable way to spend 2 hours. |

| Julie, our guide was both lovely and funky - good choice of person for the activity.
I was most impressed by our guide. She was approachable, knowledgeable, interesting, open and receptive to questions - very personable. Pay her well.
I would have enjoyed even more historical information about the area. That said, I understand this was a "shopping tour" and Julie did a very good job incorporating information with "shopping".
Not too impressed with the shops, but then, I am from an urban area.
Wish we had known that shops did not open until 11:00 in SoHo.
Oh and MarieBelle - if this is what New Yorkers think is the "ultimate" they haven't, one - read what is in the ingredient list or two, have not been abroad for chocolate.
All said, I'd still recommend the experience. |

| My mom, two sisters and I had an absolutely fantastic time on this tour and bought some great, interesting stuff. We went to stores that were unusual and different. We were able to get a real taste for the area and the shopping and learned about some sales. Sometimes the store mangers came and spoke to us about their product and demonstrated some of the items. We even stopped and got a free chocolate tasting!!! Christina our tour guide knew a lot about the area. She asked what kind of items we were looking for and she knew how to direct us. She was very pleasant to be with. We enjoyed meeting some of the young designers. All in all, it was a great tour and we would do it again. |

| We just returned from NYC. We had a fantastic time - our tour with Christina was a true highlight. NYC is fantastic...but this tour takes you away from the tourist things and lets you see another really neat part of the city. I took my 16 year old daughter for her birthday and she LOVED it. We went with another friend of mine and her 17 year old daughter (friend of my daughter). Christina asked questions to get the feel and style of our group(just the 4 of us) and tailored the tour to us. It was like shopping with a very knowledgeable, nice friend. Thanks ...we will be back for the sample sales!! |

| Better if the tours could be separated by age. I think it is very difficult to direct a shopping tour to many different age groups |

| This was a fun way to see Soho. If you are looking for hardcore clothing shopping, this is not it. But, it is a great way to see some funky boutiques that you might not otherwise find and get a feel for the neighborhood. |

| I think you should contact the stores in advance to see if they will be open for the tour day, because a few of the stores we were scheduled to visit were closed. And another store that usually provides samples was not notified that we were coming that day. Also I think the tour guide should ask the group before the tour begins what kind of stores they're interested in, because we visited ones that no-one in our group really cared about.
We feel that the tour really wasn't worth the money. We could accomplish the same thing on our own. |
