Great Sweet 16 Party!!

| This turned out to be a better than I could have ever imagined idea for my daughter's Sweet 16 Party. We arranged for a private shopping tour of Soho/Nolita for about 18 girls and everyone of them had an incredible time. The tour guides, Halle and Molly, were wonderful and really focused in on the girls interests. They took the girls to so many fabulous stores that they would have never known about and all within their budget. Besides having such a fun shopping experience, the girls came away with great memories and a real familiarity for that part of the City. Something that will outlast even the best bargains of the day. Big or small this is a great group activity. | ||||||

I was thrilled to learn how to "navigate" thru the interesting streets of Soho and Nolita on our way to discovering new designers, finding special deals, and shopping at both luxurious and affordable stores! | Hallie was a wonderful leader, and tailored her tour to the group audience. When I was done at one store, she helpfully pointed me to the next store I could visit ahead of the group. I did appreciate not spending too much time at any one store, so that we could see a maximum number of stores in the area. I never would have known about the Young Designers fair without her help. Thanks so much and looking forward to the Garment District tour in the Fall! | ||||||

| My daughter and I had a great time shopping Soho and Nolita and were introduced to stores that we probably wouldn't have found or gone into on our own. We can't wait to go back. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to New York. We had a fun morning and our tour guide Hallie was terrific and very informative.. | ||||||

| We had a great shopping trip with Hallie. I brought my 15 year old granddaughter and she enjoyed all of the SoHo shops. I don't think we would have discovered the shops on our own. We had a nice lunch in NoLita at a restaurant recommended by our guide and then continued to shop. I would certainly encourage others to take this tour. | ||||||

| WOAH...my dear friend and I knew we'd love a shopping tour, but we were so blown away with this one! Our guide, Hallie, was so smart and friendly. She really knows her stuff and made it fun. We learned a lot about NYC and had an absolute blast shopping at the hip spots around Soho and Nolita. We actually would have enjoyed a tour that was more than two hours! Thanks SO much. | ||||||

| Haley was our guide - she was great. Very informative. I liked that the tour was mixed up a bit, not all clothes. There was food (tastings), home goods, clothes/ accessories more - All price ranges...I would definitely recommend and I'm a local. | ||||||

| Once the tour operator arrived the tour was great however, the assigned tour guide did not show up for the tour which left the group very frustrated and disappointed. THe operator was kind enough to compensate everyone for the cost of the tour however, we got started one hour late which disruped my schedule. | ||||||

| The tour was useful because we would have missed some excellent stores had we not taken it. However, I believe the description of the tour said something about learning a bit of history of the area and receiving discounts or coupons. The score was zero in these two areas. The tour was useful but the advertising was misleading. | ||||||

| Our tour guide was Hallie. She was energetic, extremely knowledgable and in tune with what we'd be interested in. She took us to a variety of off the beat and path stores and shared interesting trivia and history about Nolita and So Ho. After the tour, my family and I had a feel for the area so we extended our shopping tour and had even more fun. When we return to New York, we'll look forward to doing another Gothan City tour. | ||||||

| Our guide handled the group with consideration and tact for the varying age range and made sure everyone saw something that interested them. A lot of fun, some good 'finds' and some great tips both for myelf and for my teenage daughter. | ||||||

| I had gone down to the NoLita area by myself this past summer, but I went back this time with my teen-age daughter, thinking she would enjoy it too. I learned so much more by going with Rebecca (the founder of Shop Gotham) -- she knew all the "inside" gossip about not only stores, but restaurants. GO!! | ||||||
