| The group was too big and the tour guide spent much time ferrying half the group one place and the other half to another place. We spent lots of time waiting for each other. Selection was very limited in the mostly very small shops or areas of the warehouses. The tour guide was very nice and energetic, but did not provide much information about the area or the shops, maybe because the group was too large to gather together and hear her. I would not choose this tour again. | ||||||

| We enjoyed the tour immensely. We saw a number of places that we would not have seen on our own and got some great deals. The sample sales were awesome! We would suggest that the tour be about an hour longer and include a couple of more sample sales.. Many of these tours assume that you will go back on your own and shop. We find that we do not have the time to return on our own. Christina was a great guide and really knows her stuff. | ||||||

| I was very disappointed with this tour. Our tour had way too many people, it was almost double what I'd read as the maximum number of people per tour. As you might expect, many of us were waiting around for others to finish at each place. We were late starting, shops weren't ready for us, and we were late leaving each place. It just seemed very disorganized and contrary to what is on the web site, most places had small sizes only. Our guide was very enthusiastic and very nice but overall I would not recommend this tour. | ||||||

| We had a fantastic time learning the history of the fashion district and going behind the scenes of some of today's up and coming ans established designers. Shoppers....you will love this tour. Thanks to Marla. | ||||||

| we covered a lot of shops, places we could not otherwise get into. there were really nice people on our tour. prepare to cover a lot of shops. | ||||||

| We had a fairly large group and seemed to spend more time walking than we actually did visiting boutiques. Given that we were confined to such a small area of town, I expected exposure to a greater number of boutiques. My teenage daughter enjoyed herself much more than I did so it was worth the time and money. However, they should add more sample sales to the excursion and plan the two hours walking a more logical system. | ||||||

| My 16 year old daughter and I enjoyed this tour! The guide was personable and engaging. We visited shops that we will put on our list when we return to NYC in the future. I plan to tell my friends to put this tour on their NYC trip agenda. | ||||||

| The tour guide was freindly and nice, but did little more than escort us in and out of showrooms, trying to dump last season's rejects. There was little selection and very few sizes. It was fun to experience going into the showrooms, but overall I would say it was a big disappointment. We had more fun going on our own to Century 21 and Macys. | ||||||

| Had a great time walking through these eclectic neighbourhoods and getting the New Yorker's perspective on where to find cool little boutiques. Our guide could have done a better job of asking up front what people were interested in as there were obviously a lot of choices of places to go and you can’t stop and look at everything. We spent too long in some places that no one was interested in then and had to rush through the end of the tour so missed out on really seeing much in Nolita. Still, would recommend the tour for first time visitors or those looking for some guidance on good areas to explore. Plan it for early in your stay so you have time to return to the area and hit all the shops you didn’t get time to see while on the tour – lots of great restaurants and shops to explore. | ||||||

| Guide was knowledgeable but found we passed up and down one street numerous times backtracking. There was a great sample sale we couldnt get in to. The samples are open to the public and advertised on the net. Would have thought paying a guide would get us access to better opportunities. Overall not worth the money. The first stsop was a jewelry stop-saw the same stuff in China Town for a fraction of the $$ felt like I was trapped in a rug store in Moracco. Would like a refund | ||||||

| The shopping tour was great. I have been to New York City many times on short trips, but this was the first time I took a shopping tour. It was well worth the time. Our guide was very engaging and gave us a lot of information about the garment district. She also gave us ideas of additional places to shop on our own. The shopping was a lot of fun and I did get some great deals. I would recommend it to friends and family and would consider doing it again myself. | ||||||

| Our out of town group of 3 women loved the idea of the shopping. There were a couple of places we went that only had 3 small racks and that is not worth it for a group of16 women to crowd in and try and see anything. Our guide was excellent but wish the quality of showrooms and selections had been a bit better. I would recommend it but with the caveat that you will see a variety of clothes and half of them might not be acceptable for older women. | ||||||
