Our tastings allow you to sample food from restaurants, bakeries, and other ethnic eateries, speak to restaurant owners and chefs, learn about the cultural influences behind the food you’re eating, and the history of the local community. Most of all, we want you to enjoy great company and great food.

Activity Description
Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA) is in the middle of an amazing transformation, renaissance, and revitalization. The development of new Live/Work lofts, L.A. Live, and more foot traffic has drawn several new and exciting eateries to the area. Combined with the deep history of buildings like the Richard Riordan Central Library, originally constructed in 1926, or Pershing Square, dating back to 1866, Six Taste is excited to present its DTLA Financial District Tour, which combines tastings at some of the most interesting restaurants with an overview of some of the fascinating landmarks in downtown.
The Financial District of Los Angeles is filled with architectural wonders and more than a century’s worth of history. The Downtown Renaissance sparked a movement of restaurants into the area that mainly serve the lunch crowd. However, this district still contains a mix of culinary delights that highlight the diversity and quality of the food offered. This tour gives visitors a glimpse into the culinary scene of a district on the brink of major renovations, while also showcasing fascinating historical landmarks such as Pershing Square, and the Richard Riordan Central Library.
PLEASE NOTE: This tour is 15-18 walking blocks with stops placed after every 3-4 blocks.
