We had great time. they went over everything in detail. It was very organized. We seen the humpback whale, dolphins at a distance, jellyfish, pelicans and different birds. We were not disappointed at all.

The trip was as promised. Parking was good, timing was good, length of the trip was sufficient, guides were friendly.

I just really enjoyed myself and seeing the Whales. I appreciated that the captain took the time for us to really get a good look at the whales.

An enjoyable whale watching trip

We enjoyed the trip which was on a comfortable boat. We saw a group of orcas and then moved onto a group of humpbacks. The only disappointment was that having spent quite a long time watching the orcas, we then had a short time remaining to watch the humpbacks as we needed to head back, so we did not get as close as I would have liked. Other than that, it was a well run tour with experienced staff.

Everything about this trip was well organized. The naturalist was extremely personable, knowledgeable and easily heard. We saw two kinds of whales, porpoises and dolphins. I had two boys (about 10) with me who'd just returned from a cruise to Alaska and they were mesmerized.

the crew was determined to find whales for us and that's exactly what they did. they found an orca sow with two calves and stayed with them through high seas over a good distance - wonderful views!

We saw porpoise, dolphins, humpback and orcas. The tour ran over timewise because the crew kept spotting more wildlife. It was a wonderful trip and an amazing eyeopener...who knew there was such spectacular wildlife viewing in our own Monterey Bay!

I ran a free trip out of Monterey the day before this trip. We were out for only two hours, and saw only a humpback whale feeding. My Santa Cruz trip was incredible! Here is what we saw in just over 4 hours; Humpback whale - who gave us great tale views every time it dove, Dall's Porposes running in front of the bow, 3 transient Killer whales who had just probably just finished lunch at Phils Fish Market ( I was excited to see them not knowing they could be seen in California and only having seen them at Sea World), and last Bottle Nose Dolphins (flipper). Also saw a few birds not normally seen inland. Great trip. The Crew kept everyone abreast of what we were seeing and what to look for, and the Captain kept the boat turned so everyone was able to get great looks of the whales. I will definately be back again to see what whales are running later on in the season. Yukon
