Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency, cleanliness and friendliness of the boat, staff and experience. We saw many whales, not as close up as we had hoped, but that is the luck of the draw. Our only recommendation would be - take your Dramamine! When we were stopped, the water was quite choppy. Other than that, it was a perfect outing. |

When we got off the boat the shiphand gave us a raincheck because we did not see the whales. Really good idea because we bought two more tickets as well and now we will bring the kids. Which we booked lastnight on the phone. Thank you ! |

you have to see these animals in their natural habitat at least once in your lifetime. Not only you get to hear interesting facts about them from the friendly crew, but you also get to see dolphins and sea lions if your lucky. A must for all nature lovers. |

We had a rough sea the day we went out. The crew was very nice, but nothing could help the feeling of seasickness. My 2 kids & I got very sick. My son threw up a few times along with a others on the trip.
So makes sure you can handle the sea if you want to go. |

Hi,
I took the trip on weekend (12noon to 4PM) & had worst experience. I was with family which includes 3yr old kid.
There were other families as well. All the kids including few adults felt nausea & in the entire trip pretty much everyone was puking around. Now the problem was "stuffed people within small cabinet completely occupies with smoke coming from kitchen".
I don't understand why you would need to prepare & sell food while there are many people who had problem standing the smell & smoke coming out of kitchen. We were not able to sit outside as there was less space & was chilling cold. With kids around, I had cover them with warm clothers to inhale fresh air & can't see Whales as everyone else was blocking the view.
We kept insisting the crew to stop cooking or preparing anything over oven or fry, but he continued. Lot of people puked & I was having terrible time with smell & atmosphere built because of kids & people puking around.
I would highly suggest not to use the kitchen while the trip is ON & sell only drinks/packed snacks. I was waiting the trip to get completed & run over the land to get some fresh air. My weekend is ruined so was others I guess. Please do something regarding this, I am not going to take this trip again especially with Kids.
Sorry, but this trip ruined my weekend.
Regards,
Srirang |

It was a nice whale watching tour overall. Boat left on time. Crew was friendly. A lady was nice walking to each one of us explaining how to locate whales and identify different species. The captain was very accommodating by moving the boat closer to the whale once located so that people could see it closer and take photos. The information narrated by the captain was good. The lady even showed us what whale ate and how they ate it. The whole trip was safe. I would go back again on a nicer day. The weather that day was not great and the water choppy. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and took home some decent photos of the whales. |

My boyfriends family and I (11 in our group) took the whale watching tour at 8 am on 5/27. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the whales. We were very lucky to see sea lions early on as well as 2 humpback whales that entertained us for over an hour. Getting out there early is ideal because the water was perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Stagnaro's!! |

We attended the tour on end of May.
We could watch two whales.
It was very exciting experience.
Weather was not so bad, but on the sea was very cold.
I recommend to bring warm wear. |

Jennifer (the on-board naturalist) was great! Although we didn't see any whales or dolphins on our trip, Jennifer was very attentive to our 5 yr old boy who is a dolphin fanatic. She made what could potentially have caused a miserable ride home into an exciting and memorable experience. Thanks Jennifer!! |

All the folks affiliated with Stagnaros were wonderful... very informative and friendly. The only negative was that the whales didn't cooperate. Although Stagnaros, being a first class company, gave us free coupons to another Whale Watching experience. |
