I got tickets to this show for my husband for his birthday. He's into magic and really enjoyed it. Steve Cohen is an excellent performer and storyteller and engages the audience well. We spent the extra money for the front row which was cool but not altogether necessary. He works the room and even has the guests come up front for tricks that need to be seen up close. Overall, a great bang for the buck and something a little different. The Waldorf makes a great setting for the evening. I was a little questionable on the dress code as my husband only wanted to wear a nice shirt and pants but it turned out to be just fine. |

IN AN AUTOMATED AND HARRIED SOCIETY WHERE THE HUMAN ELEMENT IN COMMUNICATION IS MORE OFTEN THAN NOT SUBSTITUTED FOR TODAYS TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS, BEING WITH STEVE COHEN IS AN EVENING WHICH BRINGS YOU BACK TO A TIME AND PLACE WHERE ELEGANCE, INTIMACY AND PERSONAL INTERACTION REIGNS SUPREME. HIS INIMITABLE STYLE OF MAGIC CREATED A ROOM FILLED WITH OOHS & AAHS AND LAUGHTER ABOUND.
THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE TIME SPENT IN HIS COMPANY WAS FAR TOO SHORT. ALTHOUGH HE MANAGED TO EXCEED OUR EXPECTATIONS AND SATISFIED US WITH HIS MASTERY, HE LEFT US HUNGRY FOR MORE.
A NIGHT OF PURE PLEASURE!!!

We completely enjoyed the show and the setting. It created a relaxed atmosphere where you could concentrate on Steve and not miss any of the event. He is an amazing talent , a pleasure to watch and be amazed. Thank you. |

Steven Cohn was excellent. He did magic right in front of our eyes. My husband and I were no more than 5 feet away. He truly was amazing. We are recommending him to all of our friends and family. |

We began our evening at the Waldorf Astoria with Steve Cohen's Chamber Magic. We were a large group of friends and everyone had a great time. We talked about the show throughout dinner afterward and for the rest of the weekend. It is a great show to go with family or friends and would be a great place to send visitors to NY as well. |

Very well done, although I did figure out a couple of the tricks after the show. That did not take away from the show at all. Steve is an excellent performer. |

I had seen a story about Steve Cohen on the news program CBS Sunday Morning and I thought it looked like an amazing show and it was! It was great fun and everyone was able to interact and participate on some level. The Waldorf Astoria provides an exquisite and classy setting which really creates a wonderful ambiance for the entire evening. I would definitely recommend this activity! |

This was a Father's Day gift to my husband. He very much enjoys magic, watching it being performed, and being amazed and we were not disappointed. The evening started out with an air of formality due to the formal attire of the people waiting to go up to the salon. The dress requirement helped to establish the atmosphere of the evening. Having the performance in the Waldorff Towers added to the sense of "class" that was exhibited throughout the entire event. The salon was small enough to allow everyone to see, and be seen. Mr. Cohen was enjoyable to watch and listen to. We knew we would enjoy it even before we attended, therefore we gave a gift certificate to the show, as an anniversary gift to some friends. I know they will enjoy it as much as we did.
My only complaint is that the chairs are so close to each other that it is difficult to sit comfortably next to someone who is wider than their seat or needs more elbow room. |
