Christmas present that was a hit! Chamber Magic

As a Christmas present, I sent my dad and my 13 year old son...both are lovers of magic...my son telephoned me, from the Waldorf, directly after it was over to thank me for planning such a wonderful night for him and his grandpa! They had fun and continue to speak about it days later...I highly recommend the experience---I only wish I had gotten myself a ticket too!

Intensely entertaining magic show in a stress-free environment by a master (somewhat slick) showman. We, ages 7 to 49, all enjoyed it , and were delightfully confounded by the tricks, even our 12 year old future magician.

My husband and I were delighted by Steve Cohen's Chamber Magic. It was engaging and wonderfully interactive. Mr. Cohen's "tricks" are mind-blowing and will leave you gasping. Moreover, he is eloquent, friendly and funny. I would highly recommomend this show to anyone. It is well worth your money and your time.

I brought my dad to see Chamber Magic and he loved every minute of it! I hadn't seen him so thoroughly entertained in a long time. He wouldn't stop raving about it afterwards :-) I had seen Steve Cohen once before, but the show was just as enjoyable the second time around. It's one of the most unusual night out you can have in New York. It's one hour and fifteen minutes of pure enjoyment!

our family of 6 ranging in ages from 15-49 had a really great time. steve cohen was terrific. it was an hour and a half of unbelievable things. we were involved in many of the tricks and still can't believe how he pulled them off.

Chamber Magic is one of the things that make New York City one of the most interesting places in the world. Fast paced and fascinating, the 90 minute show is awe inspiring and becomes a topic of discussion and speculation for days after the performance. Everyone should see it at least once, but we have now seen it four times with various groups of friends that we have invited, and it continues to amaze and entertain us.

We had a wonderful time taking in Steve Cohen's magic. We loved his presentation style and thought the tricks were amazing. We even bought his book Winning the Crowd and have found it to be helpful in our very different careers (computer consultant and medical student)!

We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere. Our first show was given as a gift from a friend and we loved it so much that we took our family at Christmas. Our adult children are still talking about it. I would recomend it to anyone. The youngster next to me was as amazed as I was.

I took my girlfriend to see Steve Cohen perform as a holiday gift to her, and this was the best present I have ever conjured up. Now only did I have an incredible time, but I'm one popular boyfriend right about now! Friends and coworkers recommended that I see this show and now I am now recommending to anyone and everyone that they see it as well. Cohen's show puts the tricks and stunts that you may see on TV or elsewhere to shame. His brand of magic is a mixture of card tricks, mindreading feats and "magic of the heart," all complimented by his unparalleled enthusiasm, wit, humor and overall performance. Just about every couple, family or group of friends that was present was involved in the magic in some way, which is really what makes the night most unforgettable. The setting doesn't hurt either, sitting in the parlor of a historical, luxurious suite of the Waldorf Astoria. The whole show, from start to finish, is done just right. Cohen is not only the best magician I have ever seen or heard of, but a class act and an incredible performer. He has performed for everyone from Michael Bloomberg to Martha Stewart to the execs at companies like Rolex, and I think it's so awesome that he still does the show for the public once a week. He's the type of entertainer and entrepreneur that you leave feeling really good to have supported. The audience ranged from locals like myself to out-of-towners, young and old, and everyone clearly had an amazing time. As for the tricks themselves, I don't want to give too much away, but let's just say you may end up with a sip of your favorite drink ;) Go see the show to see what I mean and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Very enjoyable for the entire family. My children range from 11 to 14, and they all thought it was great. It would be less appropraite for children below the age of 10. A most memorable evening. Previous on-line comments suggested the show was outstanding but the room where it was held was not nice. I can say that the room must now be different, since the physical setting was as lovely as one would expect for the Waldorf-Astoria. I would recommend this show without hesitation!

The show was fascinating. Although I knew there must be some "trick" our discussions afterward and the next day (which I always feel indicate good entertainment) failed to produce any guesses at all as to how these feats were performed. The up close and personal setting added greatly to the experience.
