Our experience was great. A good time was had by all, including our 13 year old. We saw people in their element, doing what they do every day. It was a very interesting glimpse of a different way of living. We sampled a lot of wonderful food!

Had a delightful afternoon with a great group of people on and about Arthur Avenue, eating our way from one great establishment to another. I will definitely take my husband back as well as a large shopping sac to take home more goodies next time. Thought Arthur Avenue was as diverse, perhaps even nicer, as Little Italy in Manhattan.

Susan was informative and selected wonderful tastings that left us totally satiated. We enjoyed watching the cheesemaking demo and the tasting of the fresh mozarella, the garlic sundried tomatoes, the pizza and shopping in the "Little Italy". The history of the neighborhood was so interesting. I'm not sure we would have ventured out to "The Bronx" if not for the tour. Thank you Susan!

My husband and I took many tours during our week in New York and agree that the Arthur Avenue Walkabout was the best. Susan is very informative and the food samples were outstanding. The neighborhood is amazing and we loved every minute of our tour. I am certainly glad this tour was scheduled early in the week before I fell and sprained my ankle!

As "native" NYers, we had heard about Arthur Avenue, but never visited it. It was one of the most fascinating tours my family & I have ever taken. Living in NY & having Italian neighbors has well acquainted us with Italian food, but this food was so fresh & delicious! Suzie knew just the right places to take us to. The highlight was seeing mozzarella cheese freshly made. We stayed on Arthur Avenue after the tour returned to Grand Central Terminal & did some shopping of our own.
