| This was my second tour with Susan. I had to bring a friend to experience the "Real Little Italy" of New York. The tour was so informative and interesting. The tastings were wonderful and generous. Thank you Susan! | ||||||

| Susan was informative and selected wonderful tastings that left us totally satiated. We enjoyed watching the cheesemaking demo and the tasting of the fresh mozarella, the garlic sundried tomatoes, the pizza and shopping in the "Little Italy". The history of the neighborhood was so interesting. I'm not sure we would have ventured out to "The Bronx" if not for the tour. Thank you Susan! | ||||||

| I would recommend this tour. Went in with a group of friends and would recommend that a group go....Suzy is fun and if you're a fun group, you'll enjoy being with her. The shops were great and most places gave you a bite to taste. Learned a lot about the history of Arthur Ave. Basically, a good day with good friends, good food and good fun. Thanks! | ||||||

| Our experience was great. A good time was had by all, including our 13 year old. We saw people in their element, doing what they do every day. It was a very interesting glimpse of a different way of living. We sampled a lot of wonderful food! | ||||||

| My husband and I took many tours during our week in New York and agree that the Arthur Avenue Walkabout was the best. Susan is very informative and the food samples were outstanding. The neighborhood is amazing and we loved every minute of our tour. I am certainly glad this tour was scheduled early in the week before I fell and sprained my ankle! | ||||||

| Had a delightful afternoon with a great group of people on and about Arthur Avenue, eating our way from one great establishment to another. I will definitely take my husband back as well as a large shopping sac to take home more goodies next time. Thought Arthur Avenue was as diverse, perhaps even nicer, as Little Italy in Manhattan. | ||||||

| The Arthur Avenue Walkabout with Susan was marvelous. Being my first real trip to NYC, I wanted to get a feel for the people who live there, not just the glitz. The stores, the people and the food were "delicious ". Susan was great fun and very considerate, thinking of all the details. I highly recommend walkabouts with Susan. | ||||||

| The knitting tour was a gift from me to my wife this past Christmas. I offered to go along to carry the packages! - It turned out to be a highlight of our trip to the City. Susan, our guide, took us from shop to shop and provided us with all kinds of information regarding the neighborhoods, history, etc. in between. We were able to see parts of the city that we would never have found on our own, not to mention the shops that are hidden away on the upper floors of the buildings. It was really a fantastic experience. We will arrange for another tour with Susan when we return to NYC. | ||||||

| I loved going to Arthur Avenue. The food we sampled was delicious and I bought lots of yummy stuff to bring home. I would highly recommend visiting the neighborhood. The tour itself was average. Other than pointing out the good places to shop and eat, I did not find the information particularly interesting or useful. So, if you want a guided way to see the Ave, take the tour, otherwise, I say go explore around on your own. | ||||||

| This tour gives a better alternative to a now tiny area used to be known as Little Italy in Manhattan, as well as a chance to venture out to another borough. Susan's commentary was interesting and the group of the day consisted of both the locals and the overseas visitors. Noshing part of the tour was definitely a plus. I would like to suggest the tour participants to pick up Metro-North Harlem Line's detailed timetable (rather than a small abridged version) from the information desk before the tour. It would provide the information on return train schedule if the tour participants choose to linger around Arthur Avenue, decide to explore the zoo or the botanical garden nearby. | ||||||

| Susan of Susan Sez provided us with a wonderful, informative experience. After giving us some of the history of the Bronx Belmont section, Susan graciously brought us to many local specialty shops including the Arthur Ave. Market where we tasted everything from homemade sausages,fresh cheeses , breads, pastries and pizza to a lovely slice of Italian cheesecake at the walkabout's end. What a treat !! During all of this we heard about the local trivia and visited some very noteworthy historical spots. In addition, we found out about several nice restaurants. I highly recommend this tour to all. | ||||||
