The tour guide really enjoys his job. He is very knowledgeable and answers questions fully, explaining and giving lots of insight into the various areas in Harlem. It was an eye opener to learn of all the famous persons who at one time or another lived in Harlem. The time was fully utilized and he went above and beyond the call of duty to fulfill our curiousity. An excellent tour and job well done. CONGRATS and THANK YOU.

Walking the walk

We were privileged to have such a knowledgeable jazz enthusiast in Paul, who guided us so well around the highlights of 'Jazz Harlem'. Those venues that had been sadly demolished were still pointed out, so that we had a sense of the full history. The music of Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Billie Holiday etc. sound better to us now we have walked a little bit of their patch. Thanks for a great experience!

We had a great tour of the most amazing sights of Harlem. This tour is quite extensive and covers a lot of ground. Our guide was a real expert on everything about Jazz history of Harlem and personally in contact with some surviving members of the community. He also quite a good knowledge of the peculiar architecture of the area.
