The boat was a 50 foot Santa Cruz racing sailboat. We enjoyed the tour along the shoreline and the sail back. The wind wasn't very strong, but we were able to sail. The boat was big enough to feel safe, but small enough that we were right next to the water. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to sail on Lake Tahoe. |

boat was great, no wind this day, so was not as excitng as possible, children were welcomed and treated to a fine few hours...tour of the north lake was full of fun, history, and sunshine |

The Tahoe sailing cruise was a fabulous way to spend an afternoon! The 2:30 departure is perfectly timed to have lunch before sailing. The boat left right on time, and we enjoyed wine and sodas while we sailed down toward South Shore for about an hour, then back north to Tahoe City. Our family group ranged in age from12-89, and everyone can't wait to do it again. Highly, highly recommend! |

There wasn't any wind so we didn't really sail, but it was nice to look at the houses along the west shore. It would also be nice if we were given the option to swim. |

This is our second time. I liked Captain Jim better than Captain Mike. Captain Jim explained everything very well and let us steer the wheel. Captain Mike was not talkative and did not let our kids steer. There was no wind the second time. Patterson was very personable, interesting and made the sail fun. |
